I am writing regarding the permanent closure of my account under your Anti-Fraud Policy.

I respectfully request a review of this decision because I did not receive any prior warning notifications regarding copyright infringement, artificial streaming, or other policy violations. Please provide:

1. The specific release(s) or UPC(s) that triggered the strikes.
2. The dates and email addresses to which the warning notifications were sent.
3. The exact reason for each strike (copyright claim, artificial streaming report, metadata issue, etc.).
4. Any evidence or documentation received from DSPs or third parties that led to this decision.

I am willing to provide proof of ownership for my content, including project files, licenses, and other supporting documents. My goal is to resolve this matter transparently and ensure that any misunderstanding is addressed properly.

Don't use this platform, as they are scammers. Once your song goes viral, your account will be deleted, and the song will remain active for the next 5 years, and they will illegally take all your royalties. Scam scam scam

Same experience as every other review. They will ban your account out of nowhere without ever giving you an explanation as to why and they will keep your song up for 5 years without giving you any of its monetization. If you want it taken down you will have to pay 20 per release (i got banned after 3 releases).

tienen una distribución dinámica pero al hacerme viral me bloquearon el acceso de mi cuenta y me dijeron que "tengo 3 días solamente para presentar documentos de derecho de autor o me banearían" en mi país cobran una suma considerable de dinero que tuve que pagar para tener la documentación y me dieron igual una cantidad de tiempo larga para la entrega de los documentos de todos los tracks que tiene mi álbum. ojala me dejen recuperar mi cuenta ya que el tiempo de demora de entrega de los documentos de autoría en mi país no depende de mi depende de mi entidad gubernamental. si es así y recupero mi cuenta correctamente puedo proceder a poner 5 estrellas.

si no me mantienen permanentemente bloqueado (me desbloquean sin penalización alguna) puedo cambiar mi reseña a 5 estrellas ya que estoy mandando a sacar mis documentos de autoría de mi canción

They are a fraudulent company. I asked them to remove my song because it's on other platforms through another distributor, but they didn't. There's no way I can remove it myself. That's why I'm going to file a tribunal report against them.

Worst distribution company ever. If any of your song went viral, they will banned your account without any notification. If you tried to contact with them, they will reply that you've a copyright strike that's why they had to close the account. And further more they will ask money to remove songs from stores. Otherwise they will keep it 5 years alive while taking all the royalties by themselves.
Such shit company ever had in my life.
