These guys are doing great job, you do need to come prepared knowing exactly what you are looking for, but once you tell them what you need as far as organic ranking and GMB 3pack, they will make it happen.
They also have a very good communication which is very important.

We have been working with Adam Brooks for close to a year now. 
When we first started with SEP Hub we were working with someone else and went for months and never heard from them, did not get updates, it was very disappointing, and I was ready to pull our business as I couldn't see they were doing anything for us. 
Once they put Adam on our file everything changed. He was so helpful and bent over backward to help us make our business the best it could be. He helped me with all my crazy demands on our website of things I wanted to be changed. By the way, it looks great now!!! 
He has been working on our SEO's, and now we have several Key works ranking in the first position. We have recently had them build an app for us that is releasing this week. I hired SEO pro hub to help grow my youtube channel, and to be honest at first I was feeling like these people aren’t doing anything and I was never hearing from them. They did an okay job with SEO but it taper off when I signed up for an additional subscriber campaign that they promised they would grow my channel to 150K in 3 months. Of coarse not only did they not even come close to this, but after 4 months now I haven’t seen growth outside of my regular growth. They keep promising me, but I am done with this! Just out of curiosity I waited to see how long before they updated me, and I found out if I don’t reach out to them they will never update me on what’s going on. I hired them for $1,000 and they didn’t hold up their end of the promise so I want my money back.

Amazing company, the customer support is great you can always phone them up. My project manager was always available to call on a daily basis throughout the week, though things didn't turn out as planned they would still refund you fully if you are not satisfied.
