Annie was great with staying in contact with me as often as necessary to ensure the development of our new company website was everything we were looking for!

I'm working with SEO PRO HUB from last 3 months, These guys were recommended to me by my cousin then I contacted Sam Brodbeck and hired SEO PRO HUB for creating a engaging brand he is personally handling my project from starting, I love the way he guide me, teach me about my business, giving me the advises for making my business better. I was asked by Seoprohub to leave feedback about my experience. This is my first TrustPilot review so before leaving my two cents, I read some of the negative reviews and I must say my experience has been much different.

Communication has been really good. I do work with Annie and I can’t attest to every other member of SeoProHub. I will say sometimes Annie puts me in touch with other associates to address other areas of concern and communication is not as good as it is with her at all but it’s never unacceptable.

At the end of the day our traffic has been up and our sales are up. That’s all great news and the most important thing as a business owner. I just can’t give them 5 stars until we achieve all goals including ranking top 3 for specific keywords which has not happened yet. I really hope we take it to the next level asap.

They have gone above and beyond to help me they take care of everything. I am very happy with my decision to hire them to take care of my seo needs as well as website and social media.

These guys were recommended to me by a colleague after I had some unfortunate life event that made google search a nightmare for me. I contacted them and got paired with Adam and have been working with him and his team for the past few months. They have been responsive and flexible. I am pleased with the results they were able to achieve so far. I am confident they will continue to work effectively on my project.

Although my experience with SEO Pro Hub has not been perfect, Annie has been a great project manager. She consistently follows up and is patient with me when I'm not able to respond fast enough. The website will be live this week and it's because Annie was constantly pushing her team (and myself) to finish the project. My overall experience was positive and I would use SEO Pro Hub (especially Annie) again for another website project.

We initially contacted SEO ProHub around February 2020. Sometime in May, we engaged them to perform a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for our website. After a series of phone calls and email exchanges for about a month, we came to the conclusion that they cannot deliver the services that we paid for.

We called our sales representative to express our dissatisfaction and he promised to speak to his superior to get it resolved. Nothing happened so we sent a follow-up email two days later. No response still, so we sent another follow-up email one week later requesting a full refund.

Few days later, the SEO specialist that was assigned to our project reached out to us via email. He obviously wasn’t briefed by his own sales representative that we cancelled this project.

We replied back via email with a detailed explanation why we cancelled the project and why we are requesting a full refund. He called us back begging to be given another chance. We said no. He promised to speak to his superior to get it resolved. We haven’t heard back.

So, we requested a chargeback from our credit card provider. Interestingly enough, you have 60 days to dispute a charge. Good thing that we did it just before the 60 days mark.

But, because SEO ProHub divided our payment into three transactions (one large amount and two micro transactions), the bank now requires us to write a formal letter. And they will only accept it via fax. So, I ended up going to a local branch to get them to fax it to their own dispute department. It can take up to 90 days to get this thing sorted out. What a pain!

I absolutely love my service and experience with SEO Pros. Sean Adams was an amazing help answering all of my questions and being patient me. I hands-down recommend this to anyone that is looking to grow and scale their business. This has been such a great help in my business life.

Adam and his team have been working very hard to get our URL moved up on the Google search engine list. Although we have some more work yet to do, we feel extremely confident that the techniques that Adam and Co. have adapted to our scenario will pay off in the end.
