No messing, no waiting around always there or thereabouts. Also great valet job on my vehicle. First class thank you.

I was considering using sentinel parking as I usually do when flying from Leeds Bradford. I have used the company for at least the last 12 years if not more. On inputting my dates for our next holiday, I was surprised and shocked to find that parking was £116 for 13 days, this far exceeds any previous charges. I looked into getting a taxi and found the taxi fare was between £44 to £66, return trip. £50 cheaper than sentinels parking charge. Disappointing that after so many years of using Sentinel that they are now in danger of pricing themselves out of the market😒

I have used Sentinel many times before and they have been great and I have been happy to recommend them. Unfortunately, their prices have been hugely increased recently. I usually park for 2 weeks at a time and my last 2 bookings have cost £84.60 each and the previous 2 were £63.90 each. Both of these have included a 10% member discount. I priced up my next holiday for summer 2024 and it came out at £118.80 again with member discount. This is a 40% increase when inflation has been between 4% and 11%. I’m afraid, for us, this has priced them out of the market.

In response to Sentinel:- I hear what you say but this doesn’t take away from the fact that for the last two or three years I was consistently paying £63.90 then £84.60 for fourteen days parking and it is now costing around £120, regardless of whether or not I book early. That’s a 40% increase however you look at it.

The whole process of dropping off, checking in and shuttle to the terminal is made very easy by Sentinel. The facilities are clean and modern and there’s even complimentary coffee & tea, which is great considering what you’d pay in the terminal.
The return process was just as simple. Highly recommend

Have used Sentinel from my parking for the last 6 years, in that time,never had a problem, always on time, courteous and the car well kept, however they have just doubled their prices, it's no longer a viable option. I know prices of things have gone up, but not by 100% that's just price gouging. Shame I can no longer recommend.

Edit, I paid £57 for last September parking, I was quoted £112 this year for same 10 days..Sorry I'm wrong by £2, I should have said it's increased by 96.5%

We arrived back from our holiday on the 8th January only to find that our car wouldn't start, I went to the office where immediately the guy working on the desk came out to help, he tried to start the car with a power pack which didn't work so he got his truck and tried jump leads, again this didn't work. I would like to add that he was so helpful and accommodating throughout. In the end two gentlemen had to gave us a bump start which eventually worked and we made it home. I didn't get either of their names but we are so grateful for their help and cannot commend them enough. Thank you.

I want to express my sincere thanks to all of the Sentinel staff responsible for my car when I parked at Leeds Bradford airport for an anticipated 2 week period in October, whilst I was due to visit family in France.

A week after my arrival in France I became unwell and the doctors in France determined I was unfit to travel back to the UK until they could stabilise my condition.

When my daughter rang Sentinel to explain that I would be unable to return to collect the car until it was sorted, the reaction from the staff was immediately supportive, caring and helpful. In all the subsequent conversations and correspondence with my daughter, the staff would always first ask after my wellbeing and provided reassurances that they would look after the car until we could get back and claim it.

Eventually I was able to arrange for a relative to collect the car on my behalf. Again, Sentinel staff were extremely helpful and even started the car in advance of my relative arriving to ensure that, despite it standing idle for so long, it would start and run properly.

I felt the support and help given to me by Sentinel was exceptional and went above and beyond what I would have reasonably anticipated.

Many thanks to all the team there and I would highly recommend this company to anyone parking at Leeds Bradford Airport!

Have used Sentinel Parking at Leeds Bradford airport twice this year. Really efficient, organised service. Close to the airport. Their shuttle buses are frequent and reliable both at departure and arrival. Friendly and polite staff.

We have used this company several time at Leeds Bradford. Quick effective service, no waiting around. Just had to cancel parking this time due to not being able to go on holiday and one click refund, no hassle. Great service.

Since flying from Leeds Bradford Airport I have been using Sentinel parking for a number of years due to the great service they provide. This year My sister and I again booked for our September holiday. Unfortunately due to circumstances we had to change our entry and exit date at short notice. I must commend the staff at Sentinel as they made the changes go so smoothly and were very understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend. Thanks again to all your staff.

Excellent carparking company at Leeds + Bradford Airport. Used them several times and always an excellent service from original booking to collection.
The staff at the reception both at leaving your car and collection are excellent.
The buses to and from the Airport are very frequent and the drivers are very friendly and helpful and assist with cases and assist the elderly etc.
All in all an excellent company with good fair prices. Cheaper than taxis and you can make your way and home in your time.

Excellent as ever. Efficient, speedy, well organised, reasonably priced. Highly recommended. It's a pity the people who run/work at Sentinel don't run Leeds Bradford Airport itself and then flying from that dump might not be such a horrible experience.

We have been using this car park for sometime now and are always impressed with their service and professionalism. This time they surpassed our expectations when we arrived and realised I had accidentally booked the parking for the following month. This was not a problem for the staff who duly adjusted the dates without a fee and resolved my error in an instant.
Can’t recommend this company enough!

The staff at Leeds were so friendly and nice. My car broke down while in the car park and they didn’t charge me extra. They let the tow truck in free of charge and we’re just over all fantastic.

Really simple and efficient drop off process. Transfer service both to and from airport was immediate, no wait required at all. Collection of vehicle took a matter of minutes. Both a better and more cost effective option than I’ve experienced from using the airports own facilities in the past. Will not hesitate to both use and recommend Sentinel again.

I use this car park often and I have to say it’s excellent service. From dropping your car off to the bus transport and picking your car back up, and the very friendly helpful staff. I can’t recommend this company enough.
