Ordered personalised bear for my sons 30th birthday. When it arrived I was delighted with it. Well made. Perfect weight and jumper personalised beautifully. Had small issue with delivery times. Royal mails fault. Not sellers. Was kept updated whole time. Definitely would recommend Sensory Hugs to anyone. Excellent quality item. Thanks

Beautiful, beautiful products and swift delivery - thank you!

I ordered the sensory swing for my grandson, this is his second one and he uses every day. Very quick to order and had very good communication telling me that was dispatch, and when it was going to be delivered. Very quick and efficient. Good product and I am sure he will get a lot of use out of this one

From start to finish thank you *******

A wonderfully made soft toy, weighted cat that is helping my daughter to sleep at night. The zip and heat pad a very handy extras.
Delivery was quick and seamless.
I would use this company again.

Efficient and helpful. Good quality and reasonably priced

It's so great and came really quickly. I got this after my tow dogs died. They spent their whole lives on my knee and when they died I was struggling with them being there. Obviously this isn't going to replace them but it really does help to have something.

Easy to find what I needed. Love my weighted dog which is quite heavy nearly 6lb! Being able to have him to hug after losing my dog last month has helped me a lot to try and get over my grief He is really soft and cuddly and helps me sleep I would like another weighted animal this coming winter with the microwaveable warming pad ….

Amazing products thank you for giveing me safety and calmness at a reasonable price.
All the best and keep doing what ypur doing your amazing.
I would definitely recommend to anyone,
Many thanks

Dottie ( my new pet dragon) arrived quickly and really well packed. There was a small issue with the dragon that was sorted amicably and very quickly. I would certainly buy from Sensory hugs again. Dottie is beautiful, soft, large and weighted just as described.

Love my weighted large rabbit gives a good heavy cuddle

Great range of products. Ordered the black weighted dragon and it's the perfect weight and size for me (autistic adult). So calming and the shipping was speedy, which was brilliant! Prices are reasonable too. Nothing to fault really!

Ordering was quick and easy and the personalisation is a lovely touch, great customer service and quick delivery

The bear came very quickly much quicker than I expected?
My grandson seemed a bit unsure at first because of the weight but was soon sitting with it on his lap.

My daughter loves her double lined swing and it was easy to put up. Arrived well within the timescale and the vendor was very responsive when I had problems during check-out Thank you

Excellent service!!
I put wrong address for delivery and was concerned as delivery was for the following day.
I rang them and left a message on their sndafone and I emailed the company to change delivery address and received an email stating address had been corrected and parcel was on the way 😁

Fantastic product and amazing service. My daughter loves her weight dog teddy and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely order from them again.
