Very quick delivery and good product

Avoid this retailer!

The customer service has been wholly inadequate; I've sent two emails without receiving any response and many through Amazon Pay. Despite my request for cancellation and the promised next-day delivery, as advertised for orders placed by 3pm, the item remains undelivered.

I initially purchased an exercise bike to enhance my mental health, but this experience has only exacerbated my stress levels.

Daily update: 09/01/24. Refund issued today via Amazon Pay.

Amazingly quick delivery. Ordered on Friday evening and delivered Sunday morning (Christmas eve). Also excellent communication. Yet to assemble Multi Gym so can't comment on that but extremely impressed with service. Thank you.

Items arrived late, despite next day delivery being guaranteed. Little help or reasons given. As the items were a gift, I was disappointed not to be able to give them to the recipient on time. I spoke to a representative via email about the matter, but nothing was done to make the situation right. Items are of good quality however, so I cannot fault that at all.

Ordered online close to Christmas, item dispatched quickly and arrived as described and well packaged.

Avoid and buy from a more reliable company. If you need to buy from them, use a credit card, Klarna or PayPal because you likely will need to dispute it. This is a real company with real products but absolutely awful customer service and logistics. They sent half of the shipment and I’ve been waiting 5 weeks for the second half. No correspondence. I have email tracking and can see they’re opening emails multiple times but not responding. Better to buy from elsewhere more reliable.

Edit: It has now been two months and still waiting for the order to be completed. Their customer service is active enough to dispute this review and the Klarna investigation, but still unable to either fulfil my order or issue a refund.

The product was delivered promptly without any problems...communication was good between myself and the staff...messages were answered politely and promptly.

I placed an order for Hand grip.
USD $70.00 was deducted from my Visa on November 8.
Trust Pilot said that Senshi Japan has requested more information from you. I sent a screenshot of my visa transaction record which shows that Senshi has taken out USD 70.00. But after that I have no reply from Senshi nor Trustpilot.

Great product. Competitively priced aswell which is a real plus

Major issues with couriers. The item came in two parts (due to the size). The first part was delivered within a week, the second part took 6 weeks to arrive. This was due to the courier used who clearly had issues at our local depot. Frustrating as it was, I remained calm and polite and the service &email responses I received were of the same nature.
Senshi Japan as a company did all they could and I happily recommend them as they did all they could possibly do to reach a good resolution. Unfortunately these days we are plagued with inconsistent courier service across the UK, it may be useful (if possible) to offer a choice of which courier would be preferable (and associated costs).

I’m bought a wall mounted dip bar and it arrived faulty as had been made incorrectly. I sent 2 messages on the online chat and an email showing how it had been welded wrong so wouldn’t work at all and had no response. I’m left with an expensive pile of scrap metal that I can’t use.
