So very greatful for marks work and help with my daughter ehcp the la failed her time and time again , delay after delay I felt defeated until I came across mark . His work has not only gave me hope but has got my daughter the education setting she deserves if it wasn't for him we probably would still be receiving no education and have no named school on my daughters much needed ehcp . Totally 3rd rate. Was put through by Citizens Legal Advice after a financial check for a Judicial Review. After yet another financial check SEN Support Solicitors said they do not do not deal with Judicial Reviews. So told them about other disability discrimination by schools requiring visually impaired children to sit tests that are unlawful and inappropriate to keep them out of enrollment. SEN Solicitors said that was not disability discrimination which is nonsense When I asked them to confirm they said I was raising my voice. Then a supervisor came on and said they were terminating the call and that we now did not qualify for legal aid.
