I spoke with James about selling my bike and the communication was good and Quick and they were honest with the price. And once an agreement was made collection was also prompt
I was then contacted by Paddy who confirmed the pick up time and was kept up to date of any delays. Paddy was thorough and professional throughout the collection. In my circumstance there was a little issue with the paperwork from my side, but he was honest about what they could do and the bike was still taken away.

Filled in the form online and shortly after a quick phone call with Kyle to confirm the details and send over some images. We agreed a price and a date was set for collection. Goldie contacted me the day before collection with a 1 hour slot and also called a couple minutes before he arrived. Lovely guy Goldie checked over the bike as expected and reviewed paperwork and within 10 minutes payment was in my bank account and Goldie was loading the bike into their Van. Quite a simple effortless process once the fee was agreed, I was given a date for collection and sure enough Goldie called me that morning to say when he was expected to arrive.
