We are sorry to read your review, however the situation described does not reflect the full sequence of events.

The item was initially returned from Germany without prior notification or return authorisation. As a result, customs authorities were unable to contact us and the shipment was returned to you. Once we became aware of the situation, we assisted you by providing the correct return instructions and arranged for the item to be returned to our France facility.

During this process, you chose to open a credit card chargeback investigation instead of continuing the return through our agreed support channel. Once a bank investigation is initiated, the case is handled entirely by the payment provider and we no longer have control over timelines or the refund process. The investigation lasted several months and the refund was ultimately issued through your bank following their decision.

At no point were returns refused. The delay resulted from an unauthorised return shipment and the subsequent chargeback procedure, both of which removed our ability to manage the process directly.

We remain committed to assisting customers through standard return procedures and regret that this matter escalated unnecessarily.

We must respectfully point out that this is now the third negative review posted regarding the same order, despite clear evidence that your parcel was dispatched on time by our store using the next day delivery service you selected.

Your order was shipped within the promised timeframe, and the one-day delivery delay occurred while the parcel was in Royal Mail’s network, which is entirely outside of our control. The tracking information clearly confirms timely dispatch from our side.

While we understand that delivery delays are frustrating, repeatedly blaming our company for a courier delay and posting multiple negative reviews across different platforms does not accurately reflect the service we provided or the facts of this order.

We fulfilled our obligations correctly and remained available to assist throughout. We kindly ask that reviews reflect the actual circumstances of the delivery.

You ordered a CPAP unit from us, which was dispatched on time. According to FedEx tracking, the parcel arrived at your local FedEx facility in Langenhagen on 13/02/2026 at 19:36. As this falls over the weekend, delivery is expected on Monday once operations resume.

For this reason, the review appears premature and does not fairly reflect the service provided, as the shipment is progressing normally. We kindly ask you to reconsider and update the review. We remain available to assist until delivery is completed.

You did NOT purchase a ResMed S9 CPAP machine. The product you personally selected, paid for, and confirmed at checkout was a ResMed S9 H5i Heated CPAP Humidifier without Water Chamber, SKU: REC1159NN01. This item is an accessory only and not a complete CPAP device.

The item delivered fully matches the product ordered. There was no delivery error or incorrect shipment. Unfortunately, this appears to be a misunderstanding at the time of purchase rather than a fulfilment issue.

Publicly stating that an incorrect product was delivered is therefore factually inaccurate and unfairly places responsibility on our business. As a medical equipment supplier, such statements cause direct reputational harm.

Part of my order was missing

Part of my order was missing. I requested help twice by the chat app and by email and have had absolutely no response after 48 hours. I've paid for two items and only received one. Very poor customer service.
