Patient & polite response to my recurring problem, hopefully all will be ok from here on in.
Still don’t know why I was locked out using the same password etc as I have used for years & let’s pray that all will be fine in future, as it was a lengthy process to overcome.

I was looking for a straightforward no fuss savings account with a good rate of interest and this one seemed to fit the bill.
Website was easy to navigate making it straightforward to open the account. All information then received was clear and I soon had the app opened and money transferred in.

Easy to set up and kept informed of the status of the account also notified whe i make a deposit

Have saved with secure trust for a few years now, feel confident using their site, they keep you informed about changes etc and have pretty good return rates on some accounts even though their not fixed but have options available if your not satisfied.

Good communication and a simple process.

I was having trouble logging in and got locked out. I called and I was given help with patience and clear instructions.

Very simple and straightforward to create an account.

'Receipt of funds' email messages are very welcome. I wrote the same thing in a review for Secure Trust Bank a year ago, but I've just opened another account and sent the funds. I'm amazed that other banks and building societies don't use this simple, reassuring gesture to help savers avoid the worry of a lost transfer. Well done, STB!

Very easy to manoeuvre the website to complete each step. Whole process was very quick and transfer of funds to the new account could be made straight away.

It seemed to take me a very long time to sign up for a bank account. The terms and conditions were 16 pages long and not all relevant as it covered all the different types of savings accounts. Perhaps make them specific to the one that you are applying for. I thought there would’ve been a button to say which where you wanted your interest paid annually or monthly I either missed it but when I went into my account, couldn’t find any reference to this at all in the actual account again maybe I missed it but I had a good look around. Information before opened account said had choice and could change at any time but I was unable to see how. Left a message asking for help.

We had quite a complicated plan which took a bit of explaining but your lovely people were kind and patient and our new ISAs are up and running. We are very happy customers!

I find it easy to manage my account, I can get a quick view of my account via the app, which keeps me informed on the account status.
For me the best thing about having an account is doing internal transfers between accounts.

After the 1st Maturity email I logged in and found out the % rate but DID not select anything.On the second email I did try online to close the account but was unable to hence the telephone call to get my closeure instruction applied. It should have been that hard
