My experience was almost great. After doing the chat and figuring out what part number I needed for the belts the system crashed and I had to call and start all over again. Then the representative wanted me to give him my credit card. He argued with me for five minutes. I asked him to send me the link for the parts and he would not do it. Finally he did it and I ordered my parts. Total time 1.5 hours. Unacceptable

Process was quick and easy. Parts arrived on time and were easy to put in myself.

Product arrived less than 24 hours after was ordered. Product was easy to install for any do it yourselfer

I have ordered 5 times trying to get a flywheel housing with the pull-return. So far I have received 2 flywheel, 2 pull-returns and a flywheel guard, but no flywheel housing with pull-return. I give up.

We have used the Kenmore water filter for several years. Having a subscription is nice, because a new one is shipped in time to replace the one that needs to be re-placed. A bit of a glitch this time-charges appeared on my charge card 2 consecutive days for the water filter. I'm sure that can be resolved.

I have an old snowblower, was happy to find the parts.

Not having to remember to order or when to order -> the recurring order removes any lapse(s) on my part. The part (fridge filter) always arrives w/ prior notice from Sears Parts team. Definitely satisfied w/ the product & system.

I wasn’t expecting a price increase on the part. I thought I was “grandfathered” in @ purchase of my refrigerator. But, not everything stays the same. Still a very satisfied customer.

I had this part on standing order for years, and would receive an e-mail in early December announcing shipment, but this time nothing happened. I had to contact Sears and ask for the part. I was told it would be mailed by January 12. It wasn't. After a few weeks, I received an e-mail notifying me that my payment method was inaccurate. I corrected it. The part finally arrived many weeks later than in previous years. I have no idea why this happened.

I appreciate the fact that my subscription arrives every 6 months as scheduled. I'm notified a month in advance, and the following month my part arrives. The convenience of the subscriptions takes away the worry of locating the part every six months locally.
