Lower price and fast delivery!

The price of the parts I ordered was lower that the other part companies that I looked at. Ordering was fast and simple. The parts arrived when they said they would. The parts were made of good quality and work perfectly! Thanks

Buy your Hotpoint Electric Stove Drip Pans Here!

I needed to replace drip pans in my Hotpoint electric stove. I had purchased universal sized drip pans from Lowe’s, but they didn’t allow the burners to sit correctly on top of the pans. Even altering the pans didn’t work. I ordered these pans from Sears PartsDirect and they fit perfectly.

It was great to receive both filters…

It was great to receive both filters together from Sears. Usually I have received them separately. BUT I did receive on the same day, a second air filter from 'Reliable Parts'. Why did I get this second filter? Will I be charged for 2 filters?

Parts on Backorder

I don't like the fact that the part was on backorder , however, the money was taken out of my account and I had to wait a month before it was sent.
