I would give 0 stars if I could.
When I placed my order, it said 3-5 days shipping. After countless emails back and fourth about how they can’t cancel my order, it finally arrived after 4 WEEKS!!
What I have been sent is 100% not what I ordered. I’ve seen better quality clothes from Temu. It is thin and terrible quality. I am very n absolute shock.
The customer service team are absolutely terrible. They’re rude, ignorant and don’t resolve anything.
By the looks of the deliver time and the quality of the item. They are more
Than likely ordering this off SHEIN, waiting for it to arrive to them and then re packaging and sending on.
I have also noticed that they charge for returns. The whole company is a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM HERE

Terrible Quality and Ridiculous Returns Policy
Bought a coat from the website which cost over £60. When it arrived the quality was terrible and not as advertised. The returns policy is absolutely ridiculous. To return this item it would cost me almost £40, there is no other option to make a return, therefore returning an item is completely futile. I would NOT recommend buying from this company due to the awful quality, and the ridiculous returns policy.

Schlechte Rückgabe Bedingungen
Sollte die Rücksendung einer Jacke tatsächlich über 50€ kosten? Dies scheint aufgrund der Rücksendeadresse in China der Fall zu sein, und auf Anfragen und E-Mails erhält man anscheinend keine Antwort. Da die Jacke selbst nur 55€ gekostet hat, ist es vielleicht ratsam, von einem Kauf Abstand zu nehmen. Obwohl die Qualität der Produkte wohl nicht schlecht ist, nützt dies leider wenig, wenn das Modell der Tochter am Ende doch nicht gefällt.

Do not order from here your clothing won’t come within a week takes over 2 weeks they say they are a uk brand but it comes from china so such a scam won’t be ordering from here ever again and will be telling other people to avoid at all costs.
Still haven’t received my parcel when I ordered it for an event. Not even a partial refund or anything poor customer service!

Nice bag good customer service
Free shipping but no free returns. Had to return the bag I bought, it was too small and didn't fit. It's a nice bag. Ayer a few emails back and forth got my refund on the purchase.
Please note that if you need to ship goods back, it's to China.

Can't comment on the quality of the clothing (although I am sceptical now it is clear it is basically SHEIN but more expensive). But ordered 3 weeks ago and no sign of delivery as yet - apparently it has made the flight from China to the UK as of 5 days ago, but who knows where it is now.

Ware nie erhalten, aber angeblich (laut Tracking) losgeschickt. Danach Mailverkehr mit diversen Service Mitarbeiterinnen aka Chatbots!! Zum Ende hin wollte ich mein Geld wieder haben, hier wird man vertröstet oder (und ich lache schon wieder) mit 10% Refund abgespeist! Betrug!! Gott sei Dank gibt es Paypal!!

False advertising and scamming
Claiming to sell real suede jackets, when they are blatantly from AliExpress for a fraction of the price. They haven’t even bothered to change the pictures!
Also sending promotional emails claiming they have a 5* Trustpilot rating when we can all see here that they don’t.
This is false advertising and scamming, reporting them to the Advertising Standards Authority in the UK.
