I love this company. It is very unique and the products are well priced and a pleasure to use.
Its great to know who the owner of the company is and she reaches out, often, but no pressure to buy.
She is a real person, with charisma and style and one can tell she is committed to the buyer experience. Delivery service is excellent, with all products well wrapped and protected, for safe arrival. I have no complaints, only compliments! Thank you Steph!🙂❤️

Steph and the Scouse Bird shop are absolutely amazing 🤩 products are so good and hard to find so she could charge twice what she does. As a cleaner, the subscription service just makes my life easier. You’re all life savers 💋 quick delivery, super well packed, constant comms about the status of the order, couldn’t ask for more!

I'm made up with my purchases just a little gift for my son in law to be on the wedding day. Ordering was easy, delivered quickly and packaged well

Quick delivery brilliant packaging

Myself and many many others have been duped into purchasing fake kifra products via a well known social media site. It really put me off purchasing kifra products. A friend of mine told me about scouse bird a little independent seller/store that actually sells authentic products. To say that I’m pleased is an understatement! I won’t be purchasing anywhere else in future. Authentic products at great prices. Super quick delivery and arrived well packaged. Keep up the good work! I will be recommending you to friends and family that have also been duped by others.

First class service. Product not in stock mine was hoover disks. Sends out a similar fragrance. Well packaged. Everything i would expect from a fabulous Scouse lady.

Very easy to order and stocked the products I'd been looking for. Great that postage was free and the products were well packed plus were quick to arrive. I will shop with you again.

It’s been a while since I’ve left a review but 5 stars all day long, every bloody time!
