Welcome to Scouse Bird Shop – your one-stop destination for funny, sweary, and totally unique gifts with a massive dose of Scouse attitude! We’re a female-owned, Liverpool-based small business that specialises in Scouse gifts, Spanish cleaning products, political mugs, offensive cards, and all the boss stationery your heart desires. We’re known for our iconic Scouse Bird Diary, hilarious anti-Tory gifts, and rude mugs that speak your truth – even when you’re too knackered to. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, a mate, your ma, or a proper gobshite, we’ve got something to make them laugh (or cry in the best way). From wax melts and hoover discs that’ll make your gaff smell amazing, to personalised mugs, sweary notebooks, and Liverpool-themed prints, we do gifts differently – bold, boss, and unapologetic. Proud to support political freedom of speech, Scouse culture, and spreading joy with a bit of sarcasm, we also offer free delivery on 4+ items – even on bulky stuff like Spanish cleaning bundles! Our customers love us for our fast shipping, gorgeous packaging, and top-tier customer service that actually gives a sh*t. We don’t do boring, and we definitely don’t do corporate. Everything we stock is hand-picked (or hand-designed!) with love, humour and proper personality. Whether you're after a cheeky birthday card, a mug that says what you're thinking, or the best Spanish cleaning products in the UK, you’re in the right place. We’re not just a gift shop – we’re a full-blown lifestyle, la. 🛍️💁♀️ Every order means the world to us – thank you for supporting independent, female-led business with a big gob and even bigger heart. 💕

Hi Brian,
I’m really sorry to hear the fragrance wasn’t to your taste. We don’t actually manufacture the products ourselves, we’re a stockist, so unfortunately we can’t control the strength or scent profile.
I do hope, though, that the ordering experience, delivery and customer service were all as expected, as that’s what Trustpilot is really designed to reflect. If there was anything about your experience shopping with us that we could have improved, I’d genuinely love to hear it.
Steph
Lovely products and quick delivery

Reed Diffusers
I have ordered the reed diffusers a few times from Scouse bird . They always smell amazing and last for ages , they always arrive quickly . If something wasn’t in Steph would ring and offer alternatives or she would ask if I want to wait till the item becomes available. Overall the customer service has been amazing and I will 100% be ordering again . :)

Where is my order???
I ordered this 10 days ago and while I have yet to receive my earrings or have any meaningful communication on what the hold up is, I have been invited by Scouse Bird Shop to give a review. So here it is... I wish I knew where my order is, that I paid for and have not received or had any tracking info that says anything other than that it "has been received by Royal Mail"

Odpowiedź od Scouse Bird Shop
Hi Amanda,
I’m sorry you’re disappointed. There isn’t actually a hold up with your order. It was dispatched promptly and is progressing through the postal network. International deliveries do take a little longer than UK ones, and once an order has been handed over to the postal service it’s unfortunately outside of our control.
The review request you received is an automated email that’s timed around our standard UK delivery estimates. I completely appreciate that for international customers it can arrive before the parcel does, so I apologise for that.
I do have to say though that I feel a 1 star review is a little unfair in these circumstances. Your order was dispatched on time as you can see and there’s been no delay on our part. Hopefully your earrings will be with you very soon.
Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, I ordered Colonia floor cleaner and the room and fabric spray to match. It arrived promptly and well wrapped and the scent is just amazing, so fresh and lemony
