Finally received the hard copy pack in the mail, after two months, but still with the incorrectly copy-pasted name spelling. This is in spite of repeated attempts to make contact to have corrected.... Zobacz więcej
They said the digital downloads will be sent in minutes but give them at least 24 hrs so i did, but nothing came. I emailed them and all I received is an automated email.
EDIT: I received my order now. Digital downloads came about 2 days after purchase.
I don't understand what is wrong with this company, but I made my purchase and within minutes, I had received 3 emails from them. One was a payment confirmation; one was to "confirm my subscription", whatever that means; the third was a coupon for a future offer. None of these e-mails contained the digital download. Also, on the order confirmation, it just says the items I ordered; it does not include the names, so I cannot do anything to doublecheck the spelling. I have submitted 2 contact forms on their website, but I just get a generic reply that formbuilder.hulkapps.com has received my inquiry. It doesn't have the text of what I sent. This site seems like a total scam. I don't know if I should dispute with my credit card and order from another site, but I'm very unhappy with how unprofessional this company is. They should include the names in the payment confirmation and should have the digital download attached to that e-mail. Its not that difficult to set up, but they apparently don't care about happy customers.
Ordered a title with digital download as well as a physical copy for my husband as an anniversary present. I got a confirmation email and the payment has been accepted from this company. I also got an email with a tracking number which leads to a broken link. I haven’t received the digital download either. So I’ve paid $100+ with nothing to show for it thus far besides a tracking number to a useless link. I really hope they make this right, as I told friends and family about this site and they all thought it was a wonderful idea. I hate to have to let them all know it’s a scam. Really frustrated. Edited: after contacting the company, I received the digital download. They somehow had an incorrect email address. The physical copy arrived a few days later. I recommend ensuring they have your correct info and following up.
Prompt service and communication
Amazing gift with everything included unlike other sites Legitimate company who care about there environment and tradition So glad I used Scotland titles
The digital pack is amazing More than I expected
Ugh, I bought a title from Highlandtitles a couple of weeks ago, received the digital download immediately. Ordered another gift from Scotlandtitles just now, no immediate download - realizing the logos/website were so similar I was confused. Pretty bummed as it's for a bday party in 3 hours - didn't think it needed to be purchased hours or days in advance. Will update my review upon receipt "if I receive" the certificate today.
PLEASE SEND the digital down load I need it as the gift for the day of our anniversary!!! I have not received it!!
Thank you for your response I now have it.

The no quibble money back guarantee is a complete joke. I cancelled the order 2 hours after ordering. They ignored the request, went ahead produced and posted the items anyway. They then said my request to cancel was to late, saying I sent it over 24 hours after ordering. Clearly they never bothered to read it. Are you kidding.! The order was also incorrect The order confirmation email says to contact them if the order has errors. I did that when I tried to cancel. Once again ignored. Their response to my request was smug and disrespectful inferring I was lying. Avoid this dishonest mob. I doubt tis review will even show up. Case is currently in the hands of PayPal.
Your response says nothing about why you ignored my first email requesting to cancel the order. Which You received 2hrs after I ordered. You chose to ignore that and continue processing. Then you accuse me of sending the request over 24 hours later. Funny how Now it’s suddenly to late for a refund. How is that not a breach of your own “No Quibble” refund policy. Beware buyers this is nothing more than a money making scam.

I ordered a product from Scotland titles in June and got a confirmation right away, telling me I would recieve an email when my order was ready. The money was withdrawn 3 days later.
I never heard anything from them and it is now more than a month since I placed my order. I have sent two emails without reply.
It seems very much like a scam.
EDIT:
I have now recieved the product after making this review, so it seems it is not a scam company as I firstly assumed.
I can read from the reply that they did not recieve any emails from me, which is strange since I used the formula on their website. I also got a confirmation both times that said:
"Hello, Just to confirm we have received your inquiry, We will get back to you as soon as possible!"

If you're looking to support land conservation and acquire a Scottish title of Lord or Lady, stop.
By making a purchase at this site, you are not actually buying land, not even the tiniest bit. The purchase isn't going to be validated under the Scots Law and the ownership will not be registered to the Land Owner Registry. They actually state that, but they immediately lead you on to believe it's enough for a Lordship to be in a register they'll keep in a spreadsheet... You are buying a dedicated plot, kind of like people buying benches in parks to honor loved ones - and don't even actually own the plaque on the bench.
Even if Scotland Titles proprietor would actually own the land they claim to be souvenir selling they'd be the Laird, not you... and only if that estate would come with a lordship in the first place.
In the real world, Lord and Ladyship can be acquired by marrying a title holder, inheriting one, or being awarded the title by the Queen. It can't be bought, not even if you bought a castle.
So, a foot by foot lot isn't going to do that for you.
And if you'd seen any (even partly historically correct) period dramas ever, you'd know that lordships are not and have never been divided. Only one person can hold a certain Lord/Ladyship at once.
They claim that this is also something that can be inherited, but you don't legally own anything, so it can't be legally inherited.
They are not actually lying, because they do state that this is not THE noble title of Lord/Lady. But what else would you want? So if they state that and still sell you the title you'll start believing that there are many kinds of lordships. Yes, it is true that some estate owners may have been called 'Laird' and 'Lady" in the olden days, but they were people who managed land by appointment or owned a house. If you're middle-aged and European, you may have seen a certain middle-class TV character answer the phone: "Bukée residence, the lady of the house speaking". So, a lady, but not a real noble Lady. This is the same thing.
If you did the smart thing and read the Terms and Conditions on the site, it looks pretty reasonable until you reach the bit about law. It reads "English and Welsh" law. Now this land is supposedly in Scotland, so any sales and services should be conducted under the Scots Law.
They will very quickly send you an official looking set of documents in digital form, and this is your second warning (or first if you didn't read the Terms). Speed is a hint, as it takes weeks to actually register stuff in any government office. Second hint is the crest on the document: It is the website's own, not even an estate crest. Third is that there are no registration numbers, notary signature and/or stamp - or anything even remotely hinting to a real thing. It is signed on behalf of a website. You can't see these details until you purchase.
The land they point you at by giving coordinates is actually land you may visit by public access laws. But it's not yours.
They will also send you an official-looking legal form to registrate in order to change your name to include the title. It may work in some countries, but by registering that you'd only change your first name from "Matt" to "Laird".
Oh and the money back guarantee they claim... Don't let it lull you to false safety: Read the disclaimer. There's an exception for digital products, which this is. You'll receive a digital copy downloadable from Dropbox and boom there goes your money back guarantee!
Now, if you just want to give money to someone for copies of official-looking documentation you could re-make with Word for free, go ahead.
If you want to be a Lord, start looking for actual title holders to marry, or start making something big about yourself and wait for the Queen to notice and award you a lordship, because Scotland Titles will not make you one. You'll just get scammed $50. The same goes with other similar sites.
If you want to support an actual conservation charity, look for a registration number and check that number before you buy. This isn't registered.
So, you're welcome. I tried and tested -and saved you some money.

SO, SO pleased with my Title and how easy it seems to be to find my property in one of my ancestral cities in Scotland.
It's been a pleasure.
I can't wait to visit one day.
Highly recommended!
