ScholarshipOwl Recenzje

After a few years of using this service for my college aged children, I no longer needed it. I misplaced my information but the immediate customer service that I received from the CEO as well as Anica - restored my faith in online commerce. A wonderful scholarship service and stellar customer service.

This site doesn’t really do what it claims to do. It essentially is a marketing scam. For every “scholarship” you apply to your personal contact data is sold to yet another company. The email you will be bombarded with that has nothing to do with money for college will feel like an avalanche and be overwhelming. I truly do not believe there are any scholarships given and believe the positive reviews you see on this site and others are yet another marketing scam. The service is expensive, preys on kids who really need financial assistance for college and delivers nothing. It’s not easy to navigate either. All of the information on real scholarships can be far more easily obtained using Google and you would have less of your info stolen and sold. Save your money. If you are thinking this site will do the searching for you, you are mistaken.

I was pleasantly surprised that I won a scholarship!! Scholarshipowl communicated well with me via email, and seems to be a legitimate organization!! I pray that I can win more, because being unemployed causes financial struggles while attending school!! Thank you, Scholarship Owl!!

I stated my problem and the customer service rep solved the problem immediately

Very happy with help from Ena. Courteous, Knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you!

Firstly the service is really expensive for not working. Maybe for some but n9t for me. I signed up for a free trial, and us3d Google pay except the card I used originally and the one billed were not the same. 45 dollars. Since it wasn't my card that ended up being charged im not happy and am currently requesting a refund because wtf. No reminder email "for free trial ends tomorrow." Really you shouldn't be charging for this service as scholarships generally go to people with financial need, but also I expect better results, or just results..

Anica was quick, efficient, gracious and professional in her resolution of our problem. Will definitely use Scholarship Owl again for grad school :)

The customer service represenative, Anica that I worked with was awesome. She was very very friendly and quickly took care of my issue.

ScholarshipOwl is really user-friendly and easy to navigate and apply for scholarships, I had a great experience with them I recommend them to anyone looking for more scholarships to help them through college!

Very fast response time even through e-mail for customer service. She was friendly, helpful and considerate! The customer service rep made everything easy and painless for me.

If I could give this site a zero-star rating, I would. The website claims you need to fill out around 30 applications to earn one scholarship. I personally submitted over 100 applications and we did not receive a single award. My son is an Eagle Scout with decent grades, and if he couldn’t qualify for anything, I highly doubt many others have success here.
In my opinion, this website preys on families who are desperate for scholarship help. I would be genuinely surprised if anyone has ever received a legitimate scholarship through it. Please be cautious—this feels like nothing more than a scam designed to take advantage of people. Do not trust them.

The people were super nice and super quick to get back to me!

Customer Service is everything, I truly was very pleased with the response time and the willingness to make things right! Nothing but great things to say about scholarship owl! Thank you for all your help!

The customer service was helpful. Canceling my free trail had not worked the night I needed it to, but the customer serive helped me get my refund!

This part of the message is for Scholarship owl themselves and not the customer service. Please include emails that tell you how long you have until you're free trial is up. I get constant email from you guys which is fine. But I had to remember that I had to cancel it, not you guys, and you guys don't normally offer refunds, which is a little unfair. This is the first service i've had in a while that doesn't do this, and I think it's one of the best things a service can do it shows they care about their customers.

I could give zero stars I would. Do not give these people your credit card information. Their website redirects to to another website scholarship4surveys.com automatically. It makes you think that this is where you should cancel the membership and it’s not. Do not use this site they are scam artists. They charged me $65.70 after the free trial and will not refund my money.

The initial confusion was settled as soon as I woke up. Very quick reply, helpful, and very professional. I was not sure what could be done about the issue, but they helped me and I was able to get it sorted. Their representative Lena did an amazing job, and I appreciate their help.

I’m truly grateful for the support from "Future Forward: Manifest Your Masterpiece". Their generosity and dedication to helping students achieve their dreams is inspiring, and this scholarship has made a meaningful difference in my academic journey.

They were super helpful and provided me with perfect service!
