Wederom een fijne taxirit
Wederom een fijne taxirit. Prettig rijdende chauffeur. Taxi sloot bijna naadloos aan op mijn aankomst/bagage ophalen. Was goed te vinden. Fijn om een vrouwelijke taxichauffeur te krijgen (vind ik ‘s avonds extra prettig). Ik ben zeer tevreden. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Komt afspraak niet na
Stond met 3 kinderen op Schiphol. Keurig een sms dat de chauffeur onderweg zou zijn met een mobiel nummer. Gebeld. Geen gehoor. Na drie keer bellen nam de chauffeur op en meldde dat ie 35 minuten later zou zijn. Maar hij zou de centrale vragen. Na 15 minuten kreeg ik bericht dat over 10 minuten een andere taxi zou komen. Dat werd 20 minuten. En de reden? Bezig met andere ritten. Kortom ten kostte van mij tijd worden andere ritten gemaakt. Bovendien wordt de afspraak niet nagekomen. Compensatie gevraagd. Geen reactie.

Worst no show up taxi experience
Booked a taxi for Schiphol on May 2 for May 25 at 05:30 since I had a flight at 07:10.
Received phone call week before asking to confirm.
On the day received an sms at 05:15 saying that Taxi driver was on the way and having the taxi driver number.
At 05:35 calling taxi driver did not show up and was not answering the phone.
At 05:45 calling the central number who also had the driver not answering: after some time central office says that driver is sick they offer refund or another taxi in half an hour.
I ask to have a taxi in 15 minutes or to take a taxi myself and have refund and keep the return with Schipol-taxi. They refuse. We are in need to be at Schiphol and we take a taxi ourself with extra cost. At arrival in Schiphol we manage to get another flight and arrive to another city with additional cost of money. For all these additional sums I had to pay this taxi company never apologized or offered some compensation. They refunded the money I paid to them. Worst unfriendly company ever with no customer service orientation. Better to go via Uber or Bolt. This company is not serious: do not book witgh them especially if you have a family. They will not help and they will let you down in case of issues with them.Also quite misleading the company: the website is schiphol-taxi.nl belonging to City Taxi International BV but in the mail that they send they report pds of taxicentrale-schiphol.nl which has a better review. This company is solving the issue of the bad reviews just opening different websites to confuse consumers. They should close all these websites and force to reimburse all passengers that have had damages due to their behaviors.

Altijd te laat
3 keer een taxi gehad, 3 keer te laat. De laatste keer zelfs een half uur! Ze zijn goedkoop maar zorg maar dat je een uur extra van tevoren reserveert als je je vlucht wil halen.
