My delivery said delivered but was not where when I went to look an hour later. Working with Scent Decant was a joy. Another shipment was made after a few questions from CS.

One of my orders said it was delivered but I never got it. After a couple of email exchanges, Scent Decant decided to send my order again gaining a customer for life. That is customer service!

Twice they sent me a shipment postage due, when I had paid for shipping. They said they have a no-refund policy. I refused both shipments.

I ordered two samples from ScentsGift, which were supposed to arrive in 2-3 days, but it took 18 days for them to be delivered. To make matters worse, the perfumes were diluted, with a strong alcohol smell and barely any lasting power. I compared them to my original bottles at home – no resemblance whatsoever.

I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but received no response. Shipping fees? Still not refunded.

If you’re looking for authentic samples or reliable service, look elsewhere. Here, you pay a lot for what feels like a “poisoned gift.”

Highly recommend this website! My order didn’t arrive the first time due to an address issue. Once I contacted their customer service they quickly sent me a new sample, free of charge!

I placed my first order with Scent Decant and sadly one of my scents leaked in shipping. It was the one I most looked forward to too. I contacted the company, sent them a pic of the empty container, and let them know. They immediately handled it! They replaced the scent and it’s on the way to me now. I enjoy companies that stand by their word so I will continue to order from them. I know I can trust them now. 100% recommend!

I would highly recommend this place for any scent needs. Customer service is amazing as well. I’ve never had any issues. They are quick to respond and quick to solve any issues I may have had. Can’t wait to order more colognes.

I didn't receive my shipment because I was at the hospital with my daughter and for some reason it was signature required. I contacted SD and they said they didn't create the shipment with signature required so it shouldn't have had it. But I would have to contact the postal service.
I do mail and shipping and receiving for a large oil and gas company for 14 years now and know exactly how mail/packages work. If I create a shipment and it doesn't get to where it should, it's my responsibility to contact the shipping service not the recipient, because it was under my account. Shipping services wont and can't change a shipment if you don't provide account details, because then anyone can just redirect expensive packages to themselves, stealing merchandise, all the time. Now does that make sense?! They're just lazy or stupid, that's the only answer.

Good for getting small sample sizes to try different scents. However, do NOT buy full size bottles from them! I ordered a retail spray bottle and my invoice even showed the pretty little bottle. I was sent a refill bottle that doesn’t even spray! Customer service is horrible and had the nerve to tell me it’s the correct item when it’s clearly not. Going to have to end up sending it back and at my cost; the least they should do is refund my shipping cost as well since they basically are false advertising.

Our postal service is very hit and miss in our area. I’ve actually missed a few of my deliveries from Scent Decant but always tried to resolve it with the post office. This time I decided to give my case numbers to Scent Decant and they immediately shipped a replacement to me no questions asked. What a great company with excellent customer service.

My order was lost or stolen. Spoke to a customer service representative via email and they handled it quickly and promptly. Reissued the missing scent with no Hassell Thank you so much....

The company charges shipping. My charge was $4.99. When it was delivered the postage they charged me was insufficient. I had to pay an extra $6.00 to get the package. I complained to Scent Decant and they refunded me $3.99 the amount I paid for the perfume but not the $6.00 I had to pay extra for the overage on the postage. I won’t use this company again. The perfume was fine, but I don’t like their shipping fraud.

Great service. Authentic fragrance and packaged perfectly to prevent damage. I will use them again.

I love Scent Decant. They provide the best service ever. I try to smell things in a store, but it becomes so overwhelming with all the scents at once. It is nice to be able to read what notes are available and decide if I want to try something for just a couple of bucks! I also found out I love a specific scent, so I am always buying a travel spray bottle of it. The customer service is also 5 star.

Scent Decant offers a great way to sample before you buy. I wanted to try Christian Dior's Diorella and Diorama but nobody around me stocks them. Online only. Luckily Scent Decant could help me. They shipped asap all the way to me in New Zealand for a realistic price. Shipping was a week which was good. Seamless process. Thank you from NZ.
