I'm a single mother and I have never had any opportunity to purchase a wonderful perfume!! The cost of these allow me to experience the smells that I wouldn't have gotten to experience!!

Scentbox shipping is ass. Today is March 5, 2026. I still have not received my February scent. They literally bill you 7 days before they ship. So bill the 7th ship the 14th. Had to cancel would never recommend this service to anyone.

I’ve been pleased with the quality of fragrances as well as the authenticity. Customer service responded quickly to my address issue and made things as seamless as possible.

The website isn’t user-friendly. Changing account or order details, especially cancelling something, is unnecessarily difficult, which is why I had to email to cancel my subscription just two weeks after my first order.

They replied quickly, but refunded my initial order without me asking, and the amount was 68p short with no explanation. I avoided the back and forth for such small amount, but still...

It’s a nice concept, but poorly executed in my opinion.

HOW EASY IT WAS TO CHOOSE FROM THE DIFFERENT FRAGRANCES AND PLACE MY ORDERS.

I received a subscription to ScentBox as a gift from a friend, and I can't say I'm very impressed.
For starters, the fragrances come in opaque atomizers, so it's impossible to tell exactly how much you are getting in each sampler without breaking the container open. Frankly, it doesn't appear to me to be much more than you get in the tiny sample vials that are given away for free at the better department stores, or available for $2 or $3 at online perfume retailers.
And even though ScentBox may have a lot of choices, it's just a small fraction of the total number of designer fragrances on the market, so you're limited to the fragrances they happen to carry.
If I wanted to get someone a fragrance as a gift, I would just give them a gift certificate to Sephora, Neiman Marcus or even TJ Maxx.

The best of the best! I got Prada Luna Rosa black and YSL Myself The first order and it was phenomenal! Much better than all the other competitors as well!!

Great way to test out expensive scents at a low price. Also, better price than their competitors. Came quick. Giggity.

Love the smell it's one of my top 5 favorite. Smells so good and last for a while. The smell is close to the skin.

It's a totally scam. Based of scentbird.
Colognes are all cheesy and smell gross , I couldn't believe that when I wanted to cancel subscription I was still charged when order hadn't even shipped.
" Policy once charged can't refund"
Scentbird however I would get time and time again.
It was MY HUGE MISTAKE that I accidentally ordered scentbox instead of scentbird which they count on that mistake .
Trust me DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.!!!
The fragrances are extremely off.
Nothing I would ever want my partner to smell like . o complete waste of money.

This subscription is absolutely fantastic. As someone who has just gotten into fragrances, my husband suggested looking into a subscription service. Scent box was by far the best option in Canada. It allows me to try so many different scents at a great value. The shipping has been quick. Couldn't be happier with scent box!

I am writing this to express my profound dissatisfaction with the predatory subscription practices and administrative incompetence of this establishment.
Despite having initiated a formal cancellation of my subscription well in advance of the billing cycle, the company proceeded to process an unauthorized transaction. To exacerbate the matter, they dispatched a fragrance that was neither requested nor aligned with my established preferences.
They didn’t even send the product.

First ever review on trust pilot and generally never leave reviews. Canceled my subscription after first order because of the presentation it came in and the time it took. Almost 3 weeks to get the order. Order was fine. I forgot to cancel my membership and was charged. 30 minutes after the payment was charged, I was reminded and requested if possible to have a refund and my cancelation of membership. They told me that it wouldn’t be possible which is understandable. I requested if I could at least change the cologne in que as the order hadn’t been processed. I received no reply until the cologne in queue was processed and got an email to follow saying that it wouldn’t be possible. Terrible customer service and just overall a terrible company to deal with. Order was fine once it arrived but it just sucks that you have to deal with everything else.

ScentBox has been great value for money so far. Delivery was fast, and customer service was amazing. I moved while my parcel was out for delivery and they recalled it, then redirected it for me with no hassle. Brilliant service!

The worst place to order period...
I was sent a order I did not order, sent back the wrong order same day.
And it's 3 weeks now.
Then today they emailed me stating my order is in back order due to inventory (WHAT)..
I PLACED 3 ORDERS WITH SENTBIRD BECAUSE OF THIS..
I REALLY HATE THIS SITE.
SENTBOX IS GARBAGE.
