I subscribed to sent bird

I subscribed to sent bird, never got my first order. The mail man said I refused it. But my perfume an case for joining was sent to the wrong address. Please send my first order that started my subscription. Like I said I didnt refuse it.

Love it!

I love every scent they have sent me so far! They’re long lasting, too. I love that I can either choose based off of my scent preferences or just let them pick what they think I might like.

It can be better

I believe that by having your customers make a subscription to order for the following month is forcing them to order again without having the opportunity to try your product.And like myself I don’t have the time to write reviews or go back and forth about a $15-$20 dollar order.If your product is really that great your customers will be happy to pay for your subscription
