They did a dodgy roadworthy on a motorhome that I bought, as soon as I drove out of the dealers automatic gearbox jumped out of gear and wouldn't go back into gear until I came to a stop. Plus left tail lights don't work, windscreen wipers don't work and there's a 200mm crack in windscreen that I noticed after took ownership of van. I couldn't test drive van as it was unregistered, but dealers assured me that it drives perfectly fine.

We take claims like this seriously, but we need to correct several key points.
Sunshine Coast Diesel Tuning did not perform a “dodgy roadworthy.” The inspection you’re referring to was completed weeks earlier for Impulse Caravans (a trade customer), not for you, and you have never purchased a product or service directly from our business.
On the drivability concern: We test drove the motorhome ourselves as part of the inspection process, including the required brake test, and there was no gearbox fault present at that time. Also, the behaviour you’ve described (momentarily dropping out of gear until coming to a stop) can be consistent with how some Fiat Ducato automated/manual transmissions operate depending on load, driving style, and adaptation—this does not automatically indicate a defect existed at the time of inspection.
Regarding the other items:
The inspection notes recorded tail light damage with a recommendation to repair, while also noting the lights met the required function at the time.
There was no windscreen crack present at the time of inspection.
If faults were present at handover or appeared after purchase, that’s an issue to take up with the selling dealer, especially given the vehicle was sold unregistered / as-is. We recommend you direct your concerns to the business you bought it from, as they are responsible for representations made at sale.
