Ramp was perfect although instructions were confusing and delivering it on a plastic pallet they didn't even hold the whole of the ramp on it wasn't very helpful it snapped as it was comming off the lorry and delivery driver couldn't move it so had to take it apart in the middle of the street and move the whole thing by hand which really isn't good these plastic pallets are awful

Awesome experience buying with SB ramps - I bought the 2ft x 4ft quarter pipe for my 8yr old son. Nick was super helpful and got the ramp out really quick. Easy to build and super solid. Many hours of fun have been had already.

Great quality product, with good friendly service and quick delivery. I ordered a customised 2'x8'x18' mini ramp for my garage. Nick at SB Skate Ramps was really helpful in helping me work out the best size ramp for my garage. From the date of ordering I had the ramp in two and half weeks nicely packaged on a pallet ready for assembly. I assembled the ramp with a mate who had previously built a 3' mini ramp in his garden and we had no problems following the instructions. We both have wood working experience and were impressed with the quality of the wood and the precision of the cuts. Everything went together perfectly. The transition is optimal for this size of ramp and it skates amazingly. For the price, convenience and service of an SB Skate Ramp it’s difficult to make the case to build your own. Very happy customer. Thanks SB Skate Ramps!

The staff were very helpful and quick to inform me of any changes that had occurred with collection times. They accommodated me with cheaper shipping costs for the confusion. The parcel was ripped in transit through no fault of their own and some fixtures were lost. They were quick to post these out to me at no extra cost.

There was a delay in delivery which left me £300 out of pocket and SB took no responsibility or wanted to help the situation. Sent wrong instructions which delayed the assembly too.

I cannot fault SB skate ramps. They moved up production of our tank as it was for my sons birthday who had had a difficult year. Unfortunately delivery went slightly awry but their customer service was excellent and they made sure the ramp arrived as swiftly as possible.
I cannot fault them as a company or their product absolutely first class!

Great quality ramps and great service after purchase!

Very well made ramps. Quality to ride. Super fast easy delivery. Made some custom requests that were real with with no problems. Added casters for me to transport the ramps for storage easily. When above and beyond the usual requests. Unfortunately they broke after 3rd use but that was no fault of the company. Just needed heavier duty casters in the future.
