What a great company, fast service, great products
What a great company, ordered and received engraved pendant with 48hrs of placing order. Not only that but they had taken the time and effort to write a hand written note thanking me for the order and wishing me a Happy Christmas. This was unexpected but gave me a real sense that this company truly cares about their products and customers. I would definitely recommend this business.

Brilliant service.
Brilliant service, ordered Friday afternoon delivered Saturday. Was bit cautious as it came very quick on the quality of the engraving but I didn’t need to be as the quality of the glass and the engraving were spot on. Lovely retirement present in a good presentation box. I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Great service and good value!
I ordered an engraved crystal Tankard at 4.30 pm. The finished article arrived 2 days later well packed in a presentation box. If I had ordered before 4.00 pm it would have arrived the next day! Carriage was included in the price which was very competitive.
I definitely recommend this company!

I bought a lovely box chain from this store, as It only cost £35 I wasn't expecting much, but to my delight it was perfect. Very dainty but strong, I will definitely buy from this store again as their communication was brilliant and delivery was quick.

Lovely charms for my bracelet.
Very quick delivery, was able to do live chat and communicate with the jewellers where they were able to answer all the questions i had. The 2 charms i got look great on my charm bracelet i love them. Would definitely shop here again.

Very Satisfied
I wanted to get a gold pendant that was well made and looked top quality. The polished St. Christopher proved to be just that and my wife loves it and wears it continuously. I would not hesitate to recommend this item. I would add that when I phoned the customer help line I received some genuine and friendly assistance.
