Saudia Umrah Package
I booked an Umrah travel package through their call centre (800 0357 03121) and had to cancel as Umrah visas were not being issued by the relevant authority for the dates I had booked. While the first agent who dealt with my refund request was not helpful at all, after the intervention by Audrey, the refund was processed quickly.
I wish agents like Audrey would be the first responders to customer queries to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Everything turned out ok. Increased my rating from one to four stars.

Firstly, your package says it includes transport. In the English language this assumes transfers to the hotel. So if you only include flights in your package then say flights an transfers not include. As a result a lot of time was waisted waiting around at Red Sea airport trying to work out transfer to my hotel which I now have to pay extra for.
Secondly, the treatment from SLS resort had been terrible. I booked for 2,adults and a 16 year old and he has no bed to sleep on.
Thirdly, the portion sizes for half board dinner is the size of a kids meal compared to what was being served of th main menu. I will not recommend this to anyone

هذا تقييمي لتجربة السفر معكم من جدة إلى لندن (ذهاب وعودة). باختصار كانت عطلة جميلة واستمتعت فيها، ولكن في بعض الملاحظات الرجاء أخذها في الاعتبار لتقدييم تجربة أفضل للمسافرين:
الفندق:
موقع الفندق في (Zone 5) بعيد جدا بعيد عن وسط لندن. وأقرب محطة قطار للفندق اسمها East Croydon وتبعد ٥ كم تقريباً عن الفندق ما يعادل ساعة وشوي مشي. واذا حبيت تمشي الطريق مهو سهل تحتاج تقطع كم شارع ولفلفة لين توصل المحطة مع الاخذ بالاعتبار برودة الجو (سفرنا كان في نهاية نوفمبر). فكنت باخذ أوبر من الفندق لمحطة القطار ومن هناك اروح لمحطة ثانية وبعدها باستخدم ال underground عشان أوصل لوسط لندن (يعني تقريبا كل يوم من الفندق لوسط لندن مشوار ساعة وربع غير تحمل تكاليف التنقل بأوبر اللي كانت مرتفعة شوي). وأيضا مساحة الغرفة صغيرة جداً. إيحابيات الفندق الخدمة وأنه جنبه مجمع فيه محلات ومطاعم.
والأفضل: حجز فندق اقرب لوسط المدينة و لو كان الفندق مثلا في مكان بعيد نوعا ما عن وسط المدينة يفضل يكون ملاصق لمحطات المواصلات العامة .
الطيران: كله تمام ولكن تم اختيار مطارين مختلفين في الحجز ،، مثلاً وصولنا في رحلة الذهاب من جدة إلى مطار (لندن جاتويك) ورحلة العودة لجدة كانت من مطار لندن هيثرو (الحمدلله انتبهت عالموضوع وافضل توضيحها للمسافر لتلافي الذهاب للمطار الخطأ خاصة إذا المدينة فيها أكثر من مطار)
وفي الاخير ،، حاب أشكركم مجدداً على التجربة الجميلة

منذ أن قمت بالحجز واجهت صعوبة كبيرة في التواصل، فلم يتم الرد على رسائلي عبر البريد الإلكتروني رغم أنني تواصلت قبل الرحلة بأسابيع للاستفسار عن طريقة التواصل وخدمة المواصلات، ولكن لم يصلني أي رد حتى الآن.
ورغم أن البكج الذي حجزته يشمل خدمة المواصلات، لم يتواصل معي أي شخص عند وصولي، ولم أجد أي وسيلة نقل انتظارًا لي. اضطررت إلى استئجار سيارة من المطار للوصول إلى الفندق، وتحمّلت تكلفة عالية وخسرت الكثير من الوقت والمال بسبب هذا الإهمال.
والآن، وأنا في اليوم الأول فقط من الرحلة، وجدت مكان الإقامة خانقًا جدًا ولا يسمح حتى بفتح النوافذ. نحن ثلاثة أشخاص في غرفة واحدة، ويمكنك تخيّل مدى صعوبة التنفس والاختناق الذي نواجهه من اللحظة الأولى.
تجربتي سيئة جدًا جدًا، ومن المؤسف أن كل هذه المشاكل تحدث منذ اليوم الأول. للأسف، لا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز عبر هذه الخدمة بعد هذه التجربة المريرة

We offer Umrah stays with hotels in Jeddah and in Mecca, located about an hour apart. The hotel from the chain you selected is located in Jeddah and is not offered in our catalogue in Mecca. This information was stated in your travel documents (hotel name indicating the city, flight details, and the private transfers arranged).
Following your request to change hotels, our team reviewed several solutions. However, the costs incurred with the originally booked establishment were non-refundable, which limited the options available. We also wish to clarify that no additional payment was requested from you: if you would like another hotel, we invited you to book one through your own means.
Regarding the technical aspects, we confirm that the validated booking corresponds to the selection made at the time of your order. The documents and terms and conditions of sale were sent to you when the reservation was made.
