Very happy with my experience with SatNavWorld. The information required from me was very helpful in getting the right card and the application was very easy. The card arrived within the quoted time and was extremely easy to fit and use. I haven’t actually used it yet but it appears to be just fine.

Card not working
I ordered a card which arrived quickly.
But it dosnt work.
I contacted them through the AI bot and by the support email.
I did get a response with various ways to load it but it still dosnt work. I replied asking for details to return it for a new card or a refund but as yet have not had any reply.
There is no telephone number only email.
This is terrible customer service and Im out of pocket by £45.
Im Not happy at all.
