Employed this company to assist with a serious misconduct and police brutality complaint in which the evidence was irrefutable, and when west Mercia police respond with lies they simply fold, showing no fight what so ever.
And the work was done for them! Just look up west Mercia police online.
It’s another clear example of corruption rotting through the entire establishment from custody desk to crown prosecution service to judge. They can basically do whatever they like.
No response, no provision of the evidence, no case heard.
Satchel Moran are in partnership with police. Don’t waste your time.

I enquired through an Instagram ad. People around me were dubious, but i assured them everything was above board. I was proven right! This is the most corrupt, disingenuous, shady law firm i’ve ever dealt with, in my entire life. They’ve been working against me from the beginning, neglected to listen to my instructions and i strongly suspect they were receiving kickbacks from my landlord. A truly awful firm. I wouldn’t recommend anybody hire Satchell Moran. They are charlatans!

I was nervous when I rang as I was unsure whether I had a case for a claim or not. I spoke with Kaya from the first response team. She was very polite, friendly and informative. We went through everything together and I found her really helpful. I was also very happy with the level on communication I have received from all staff here with timely responses to emails etc.

This firm took on my case even though other firms won’t , they took details of my claim and are pursuing on no win no fee. Seem to be very helpful at moment but my claim is only a day old so a proper review cannot be made at this time .but I’m assured they will do as best as they can, and you can’t ask more.

I cant give a 5 star at the moment solely because I am so early into the process- I will definitely come back to up my rating if im happy with how my case is handled (which i trust i will be).
So far ive gotten as far as my housing disrepair case being accepted. Kaya made me feel listened to and hopeful about my case. I fully trust these solicitors, I just am very anxious about how my landlords compliance will be as this is the first time I have ever taken legal action and going to court is the last thing I want to do.
