Pleasant installer, nothing was a problem, tidy installation in double quick time👍

Mitch who installed the kit was super professional and friendly. did a great job and was a great guy - need more people like Mitch in the service sector.

Engineer was very polite, work completed quickly and a lovely job.
No complaints at all apart from would be ideal if there was a quicker timeline for installation but this cant always be helped.
Overall wonderful experience from start to finish

Installer (Steve) arrived early, provided good advise and proceeded with a fast, efficient and tidy installation. Made sure everything was working correctly, including the mesh node.

Engineer who came to fit our dish was excellent. Polite, understanding , very helpful in any questions I asked.
We had our satellite dish fitted to our caravan home.
Other people on site had there dish fitted by local contractor we choose to pay starlink engineer at half the price.
Only little difference with that we at to wait a little longer for insulation date.
But total experience of service was excellent.

The price of the installation was perhaps quite high but the guys on the day John and Lewis did an excellent job installing starlink dish on the property and talking me through how it works.
Would definitely recommend them to install a starlink system!

James managed to get a tricky job done, even though Starlink hadn't really given him enough information about the job location. I was very impressed.

Excellent installation experience.
I understand that you are experiencing high demand and there is a delay in equipment arriving resulting in a knock on effect with the installation. I feel is therefore unfair to charge customers for the service prior to activation when it is through no fault of theirs.

Laurence was excellent when he installed our starlink. He suggested a location that was better than the one I was thinking. His location avoided damaging our flat roof, hid the dish from the garden view and got a completely un-obstructed view. V.Happy thank you.

When Chris came to fit our system he was very patient when I asked lots of questions
He took the time to find the best position for our dish and to keep everything looking tidy

A day was arranged, the day before I received a call to let me know an approximate time and told that I would get a call in the morning to let me know when they were on the way. When they arrived the work was completed and we were told if we needed anything further to contact the company. I’m very happy with the work carried out and would recommend them 5*

Friendly efficient service and implementation

Patrick was extremely polite and well informed. The installation was fabulous with the mini dish in a lovely discreet position. The cable was clipped with a drip loop and the hole filled with silicon. A1 job guys.

Sat- Works was absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time and there workman ship was faultless. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves and helped me to connect all my phones, tv and computer to Starlink. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. BRILLIANT from order to installation. Kept informed either by txt or phone call about when to expect delivery of Starlink kit. When would be best date to install etc. Engineers were great,Cheerful and tidy. All checked to working standard before they left.
