Sam the engineer was concerned about fixing the weighty Starlink dish on my static caravan but rather than jumping ship his solution was to fix it to my shed, run the cabling under the caravan & up through the lounge floor. He was literally a star! Thank you.

They sent a friendly and very experienced local installer (Northsat) who completed the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. They also kept me well informed at every stage. Thoroughly recommend Northsat and Satworks.

The engineer turned up nice and early. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of the installation as he installed it and gave me clear, easy to understand instructions how to use the Starlink app and Deco app. Setup was a breeze and the installation works perfectly. The gentleman that installed Starlink was fantastic, he made recommendations regarding placement and checked to make sure I was happy at every stage. He knew the product inside out and talked me through the set up and utilisation elements and most likely went beyond what would be expected of him. He phoned to book a date and time with me in advance and was incredibly punctual as well. Would recommend to anyone.
