I have always liked the products from this branch and shop here frequently\. However, this time my experience with the pickup service has been extremely disappointing\.

I purchased five items, out of which I wanted to return two\. A pickup was scheduled, but the pickup executive called me and asked me to come downstairs, saying he would not come up to the 7th floor\. I informed him that the delivery had been made to my doorstep on the 7th floor, and all other e\-commerce platforms provide doorstep pickup as well\. He simply replied that we provide doorstep service only for deliveries, not for pickups\. This is completely unreasonable\.

What is even more frustrating is that for the last two days, the pickup executive has been cancelling my pickup requests without even attempting to contact me, while falsely updating the status as “Customer unreachable\.” I have called him multiple times, but he does not answer my calls\.

I have also raised this issue via email, but no proper action has been taken so far\. As a regular and loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and unprofessional behavior\. I request that this issue be addressed immediately, my return pickup be completed without further delay, and appropriate action be taken to prevent such incidents from happening to other customers\.

I purchased products from them for a significant amount, and it's been over two weeks. I have neither received the products nor a refund. Every time I call, they ask me to wait another 24 hours, but nothing ever happens.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. Receiving a damaged and defective product was frustrating enough, but the lack of communication and support has made the entire experience even worse.

I have lost confidence in your service and certainly did not expect this level of negligence from your company.

I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. Please provide a clear update on my return and refund process without any further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response at the earliest, I will have no option but to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

I ordered products on 13/01/2026 and found quality issues with them. Therefore, I returned all the items, and they were picked up within a week.

However, from that day until today, I have called customer care multiple times and sent several emails to the support team regarding my refund. Each time, I receive the same response, that the refund has already been processed to my UPI ID.

Despite this, they have been unable to provide any transaction ID, reference number, or wallet transaction details as proof of the refund. I am extremely disappointed with this website and its customer service.

It has been almost six months, and I still have not received my refund. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that valid proof of the refund transaction be provided.

Very bad experience with sassafras clothing brand. I ordered jeans and top, which quality turned out to be bad for which i opt for return option also one trouser i ordered for XL in size which they sent XXL to me and I requested for exchange. Now the customer care is saying my area comes under non serviceable zone which is surprisingly bad as I stay in town in Mumbai city. When I am trying to order my area is serviceable but I guess as per sassafras its not serviceable while return or exchange. Lol

Worst experience with Sassafras Clothing. They claim my refund was processed, but no money was credited, even after I shared my transaction history as proof. Customer support is useless and keeps repeating the same lie. The grievance team was copied and did absolutely nothing.

Absolutely ridiculous and infuriating experience with Sassafras! I’ve been chasing these incompetent clowns for OVER TWO MONTHS just to return products worth over ₹4,000 — and they’ve done NOTHING. Their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke — full of LIARS dishing out false promises every single time. Half the time, the call doesn’t even connect, and when it does, they spin the same pathetic excuse: “technical issue on our end,” followed by the same rehearsed LIE — “this time, the return request is 100% placed.” What a load of utter garbage!

Are you running a business or a scam? This is beyond unprofessional — it’s SHADY and ROGUISH. I’m honestly shocked this company is still in operation. It’s like dealing with a bunch of scammers with zero accountability. Never buying from this disgrace of a brand again. Total waste of time, money, and energy. SHAME on Sassafras!

I lost my money , I had ordered one tube dress , money deducted but in massage it showing cod, courier boy denied to give order forcing to pay again for the same order. It was terrific experience for me. Even I have send all the payment proofs still he not convinced. Even customer service number is also not available.

They are thieves, take prepaid orders never deliver and then don't refund. You try contacting them they just don't bother to respond via calls or emails. Zero customer service.

Pathetic service. I raised a return request which was manually processed by the team. After 7 days also there is no update on when the product will be picked and now if I check the status on website it shows the pickup has been cancelled. There is absolutely no way to reach to the customer support team - they do not respond on emails and their number is unreachable. Totally a fraud company. Advised not to buy from their website, not at all trustworthy.

I had ordered a blazer with pants from Sassafras which did was one size smaller and so I placed an exchange request for a bigger size. Even after 20 days of the request I did not receive my exchange order and their customer service number was also not available after my first complaint call. Maybe they blocked my number. Totally pathetic and unacceptable behaviour by such a brand.
