AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Company has charged me, it's been 8 days and the order hasn't shipped yet. Nor can I speak to a human about it. Nor can I get a refund. Avoid like the absolute plague.

Terrible service

Terrible service. No communication, misleading delivery claims. They promise delivery timeframe of 3–5 days, but even after 10 days, the item still hasn’t been dispatched. Reaching anyone directly is impossible.

Worst of all, they claimed the item would ship “ASAP” that was five days ago, and still nothing. Completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs and shop anywhere else.

Sexy bike, great service

I've been buying parts for my old bike for years on this site. Their prices are competitive and product quality is fantastic.
I've now got a Santafixie Raval and I'm really pleased, the bike is a beauty and runs really well, such a head turner! The service has been top notch, as always.

Ordered a bike lock almost 3 weeks ago

Ordered a bike lock almost 3 weeks ago. Still not arrived. Refunded my shipping cost last week but despite numerous emails no product has arrived. Sent tracking numbers that do not work. I have demanded a refund twice now with no response. This firm is absolute.rubbish! Beware

A couple of years ago we bought a Santafixie Raval and we are very happy with it. Recently we ordered some spare parts and new wheels. The process was smooth and price is very competitive. We will continue buying from them.

Excellent service and top-quality bikes – highly recommended!

A highly recommend recommended company

I a security cable on line for a caliper lock which I had originally bought when travelling in Holland. It is a great piece of additional kit and adds great security when protecting my bike against theft. The online site was easy to navigate and the item was reasonably priced whilst also being dispatched promptly. Excellent service.

Not recommended

I ordered 23 April 2025 two bycicle tyres and 1 inner tube. Today 2nd May, still waiting.
I ve email support team. Just told me to check tracking number which it does not work. I ve emailed twice for update since phone number does not exist and no response. So basically I paid for something I dont know if I am receiving and no one is able to answer my queries. Let s see how this turns out

Easy purchase experience global shipment no issues

Easy purchase experience online, responsive and helpful customer service; ordered on the 8th of April and received on the 26th; we’re in the Gulf (Middle East) and there’s the Easter holiday so shipping took time; wished shipping was sooner but it worked out well in the end. My wife is very happy; shipment was a-ok!
