Great booking experience with Jodie
Great booking experience with Jodie. I received 3 quotes (had only anticipated 1) around 12 hours after I submitted my enquiry online. All the quotes were really detailed in what they included. When I rang to book the one I wanted Jodie was really friendly and super helpful, sharing hints and tips based on her own experience. Confirmation documents came through quickly and we are really excited for our trip to Lapland already! Would absolutely recommend based on helpful, friendly and professional booking experience.

Great experience so far!
So far, just based on the enquiry/quoting/booking journey, it's been 5 stars! I have been speaking with Jodie who has been super efficient, sent lots of quotes to give different options in terms of pricing/budget and location and generally asking what we want from our trip. No pressure at all which was nice. Lovely to have a complete run down of what's included. Really looking forward to Lapland now!!!! Thanks Jodie! 😊

Extremely helpful and friendly agent. Having spent a number of days researching the internet for a trip to see Santa that met our needs and becoming more and more confused, I read some reviews about SantaClaus Trips and decided to hand over the work to them. The best decision I could have made. I spoke to Lauren for about 30 minutes explaining our preferences and within an hour of putting the phone down she had sent me 3 separate options with each option offering at least 2 separate trips that meet our needs. Brilliant! She was on hand at any time in the following day or so to answer any questions and concerns I had and supported me all the time in making what I hope is going to be a great decision for a fabulous holiday. Couldn’t recommend Lauren and SantaClaus Trips any higher. Fantastic.

Informative and helpful experience …
Lauren was very patient and knowledgeable of the destination and options. Although i ended up booking one of the more expensive options i didnt feel pushed into it, just trusted her advice. I feel confident if i have further questions Lauren will be happy to help. I never felt onecquestion was too many or silly which is great as im not a big traveller on flights!

We wanted to book our dream trip to Lapland. It is very confusing when you start looking. We didn’t know where we should go, what activities we should do etc.
I called Santa Claus Trips and spoke to several people, Andrew, Lauren and Janice. They were so patient and knowledgeable, asked what we were looking for and advised us on what we should do. The booking experience was great from start to finish. They were not pushy in anyway trying to get us to book, I felt like they genuinely just wanted us to have our dream trip and gave us all the information we needed to do so.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to go to Lapland. Cannot wait to go!

Booking holiday great. After care not good
Excellent service from Louise when booking trip 5 stars for Louise..
Sadly 3 stars given for the following :
Can't say the same when looking for insurance and once you call to speak to an advisor after booking. Told couldn't speak and to send email! Over 24 hrs later received a reply another 24 hours later I got the quote for gold cover which was £31 more expensive. Needed/wanted to arrange quickly due to other commitments so went via someone else to exact same insurance Co got immediate reply and as stated earlier £31 cheaper. If you need insurance don't go via santa claus trips.
