My granddaughter loved the oboe tumbler and it made a great surprise birthday gift for her. But I was not happy with the way my order was handled. It took sometime for the gift to arrive and the billing of it was very confusing. At least customer service did get back to me and explain some of the problems I was having.

My hairdresser was ecstatic to receive the t-shirt as a Christmas gift! Suited her personality to a tee!

Very adorable product. Pjs were very thin but my granddaughter loves cows and though thin, the quality seemed fine. We are in the south so didn’t necessarily need them to be super warm.

While the shirt took longer to arrive at our house than I expected, the quality of the shirt is wonderful. Perfect gift for my husband who loves anything to do with trains.

My daughter loved her golden doodle cup. I will order again

I want my money back. I ordered a cup 2 months ago way before Christmas but didn't get the cup. Then I wrote the company and they responded with we'll look into it and nothing! That was a month ago. Just seems like a scam company.
Well, after writing this review and writing someone in the company, I finally received my cup. So it is not a s scam. Might have gotten stuck at some FedEx depot. But I won't order from them anyway. Good luck to anyone that orders from them.

I don't like that the personalization is only in 1 side of the tumbler. From the website it looked as though both sides would reflect the same.

This company took a month to get it to me, what showed up was a terrible ill-fitting shirt, and in the process they sent me probably 2 dozen spam emails. Never again.

Purchased a tumbler as a Christmas gift, she loved it. Came in quickly and was exactly what I ordered. I would order again.

My friend liked her tumbler. It was a gift. First gift I ordered, last one to come in. It took way too long to receive, in my opinion, but the gift was appreciated and that was the main goal.

We order a vet tech mug. It finally arrived and the whole thing is a blurry mess. They said I could return it (but we, of course, would have to pay for all the shipping). I asked to have it replaced, but they said they are all like that. What? Why would a company sell something like this?

I have already left a review ! I do not like the shirt . But I guess I should have read what material it was before ordering . Polyester does not make a nice comfortable shirt . Especially in the summer . Please consider cotton .

It was the perfect gift for my friend who has a black pug of her own. It looked exactly like the picture in the catalog.
