My white t-shirt came with a gray stain all over, the material feels and looks cheap.

Unfortunately the print on the cup was not good quality and difficult to read.

I haven’t received my personal cup which was a gift I ordered January 24th

I never received my bottle. I received notification that it shipped, but I never received it. I would not recommend this shop to anybody.

The cup I purchased was amazing. I did it for my co-worker who I was working with to surprise here for her birthday. The cup that I order looked the exact same on the website.

This is the worst company ever. First it took them 4 weeks to deliver, then I had to figure out that the shirts are to small because the ordered shirts are everything but 2XL. Then I ship it back to the address which was given to but they say they didn't receive the box yet. The tracking says that they tried to deliver the box but they couldn't deliver ist. I don't know the reason. The refuse to pay back the money for the shirts and make me responsibe for the delivery in Hongkong. Every customer out their should avoid to order stuff from them because they put everything on the customers back. The quality of the goods were also very bad an cheap. Not worth any cent.

I ordered a basket a long time ago, I still have not recieved it. I have sent two emails because it says it has shipped on March 1, 2022. Email before that says it takes time to make it...whatever. This is a company I will not support ever again.Poor customer service and no merchandise! I want my money back. Buyer BEWARE!

This is a scam company.
I ordered a dishwasher magnet for a Xmas gift. What I got (2 months late) was a very thin piece of paper (NOT a magnet!) with a pixelated design on it. I could have printed something nicer on my printer at home. They refused to give a refund. So I am out $28

I waited a month for a T-shirt that I ordered it finally came but the neck is so stretched out the quality is horrible. I would never order again from this company

Do not order from this company, Ordered mug in November 2021 still have not recieved it after numerous attempts to contact company. Can't get my order or a refund from them. Have sent all documentations and communications with no results.

I would give zero stars if I could! I never received the item. USPS doesn’t know where it is. I contacted almost 2 weeks ago regarding this and haven’t heard anything back. Not helpful at all. Just wanted the item! Now just want my money back!!

Ordered very early and came way after xmas. Almost three months wait time. Customer service was not helpful.

My mug was totally unsatisfactory. I have notified the company and received a canned response that they are sorry, blah, blah. Nothing substantive. Very disappointing.

This an great product. Living in Florida means we live with water bottles. This is it!

My granddaughter who recently became an EMT was delighted with this mug. It is well made, and good looking as well. Thank you. She loved that it was personalized😊

My granddaughter loves VW vans, and the VW van water bottle is the perfect gift, especially with the personalized license plate. She loves it and uses it as her soccer water bottle. Great gift.

Sadly i was never able to get my product. Both things i ordered were from an anniversary gift and the packages never came.

I was asked to write a review for an item that I have not even received yet. I have gone back and forth with the company on a mug that has been setting at "their shipper" for 5 weeks. Last response I received from Saniede was that they would have the shipper update. That was on 1/27 with an update that said your item departed a shipping partner facility at 11:21 pm on 1/27. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Not sure how to take that. This has been a joke so far. I will never order from them again and I would not recommend it. I have asked for a refund like some others and have not heard a peep. If the product does ever show up, i can only imagine what it will look like. 4.95 for shipping.

Do not buy! I purchased a giraffe tumbler with my name on it. The product took forever to arrive and when it did I was highly disappointed. My name blends into the giraffe image and the “r” looks nothing like an r. I contacted them by email and was eventually offered a 15% refund and 20% off my next order. No thank you. I replied that I wanted a full refund and haven’t received a response yet…that was over a week ago. This is clearly not a reputable company. Horrible customer service.
*UPDATE- Finally heard back from them. After stating I wanted a full refund they advised me to mail the item to Hong Kong…shipping was over $80. I obviously opted for the 15% refund. They say on their website they will “work with you” absolutely untrue. Their return policy states no returns after 30 days. It conveniently takes that long for the product to arrive.
