Fu acquistato a luglio un Fold 7 è praticamente con un minimo di utilizzo si è rovinato lo schermo c'è un puntino che i pixel rovinati punto mi sono recato al negozio di via Merulana dopo due secondi che l'hanno guardato mi hanno detto C'è un avvallamento quindi è colpa sua. Il telefono l'ho ritirato sempre da via Merulana a Roma e non me l'hanno aperto per controllare tra l'altro il puntino che secondo loro avrebbe causato con il dito è molto più piccolo rispetto al polpastrello della mia mano e loro continuavano a dire anche tramite il costumer che era colpa mia. Ho chiamato care plus e la signora che mi ha risposto molto gentile l'unica davvero gentile Mi ha detto Signora guardi che glielo devono sostituire perché in garanzia. Mi ha chiamato anche l'assistenza al telefono continuano a dire che è colpa mia perché c'è Quel puntino tra l'altro continuando a dire che i telefoni vengono controllati Ma io che ne so nel trasporto cosa è successo che ne so se lo schermo è messo bene e magari aprendo e chiudendo anche poche volte si è rovinato per quello? Come fa a dire il tipo alla reception dire che è colpa mia dopo essersi messo ad un altro computer spento e mi aveva detto che andava a chiedere a un tecnico e ha fatto tutto da solo e ha detto che era colpa mia. Come si fa a constatare un danno dopo averlo visto in due secondi?
Io sicuramente telefoni della Samsung non ne comprerò più scrivo questa recensione per avvertire gli utenti che volessero comprare il falsette di non farlo perché c'era un uomo in fila come al negozio della Samsung che mi ha detto che anche due suoi colleghi stanno avendo problemi con questo cellulare. Adesso ho aperto un reclamo e io voglio i soldi indietro perché mi sento presa in giro un telefono che costa €2000 Non può essere così delicato che uno lo deve tenere in scatola Quando dovrebbe essere suffossamente pensato per un utilizzo anche continuativo.
Appena avrò l'esito del mio reclamo scriverò un'altra recensione però sono sinceramente delusa ho parlato anche con una mia collega che mi ha detto che quel danno non posso averlo causato io con il dito mentre il tizio del costumer service di via merulano continuava a dire che io Avevo premuto più forte non so come e che avevo fatto premere qualcosa gli ho fatto vedere pure le mie dita. Anche se in quel negozio già sono stati cafoni che mi hanno gridato quando sono andata a ritirare il telefono il 24 luglio scorso perché ho preso il tagliandino per il Fold e loro senza sapere cosa dovessi fare Mi hanno detto che dovevo prendere il numero per le riparazioni quando io non ho proprio parlato di riparazioni

Very efficient service from beginning to end. I love the fact that they come to your home. The engineer was also polite and helped me to put my phone on maintenance mode for my piece of mind. My only gripe is the huge price charged, due no doubt, to the fact that we have no other choice than to use Samsung engineers for ZFold 6 repairs.

One month old samsung fold 7 inner screen broken. Samsung tells ne as its my fault. Never fold down and didn't have any scratches on phone. I newer thin is so bad samsung service. From photos whey desayded. Even samsung service man says its must be replaced by waranty. And I pick up my phone and send to insurance to replace. But why I must pay all access if it's not my fault. Samsung need more care about yours customers. Phone cost 1799 pounds

Great Engineer, Louis sent text in morning then phoned before coming. They come to your house-very convenient. Phone fixed exactly as promised. No hidden costs-they do exactly what it says on the tin. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Only lost one star as they didn't email me the day before to let me know appointment time.

Acquistata una lavasciuga Samsung dopo poche settimane di utilizzo si danneggia la guarnizione. Chiamato il numero verde mi viene detto che la garanzia Samsung non copre la sostituzione della guarnizione. Mi viene detto che la guarnizione è stata danneggiata per cattivo utilizzo (basandosi su una foto a loro inviata e non su una perizia diretta). Me ne faccio una ragione e mi faccio mandare un tecnico di loro fiducia. Costo per la sostituzione della guarnizione 197 euro. Ultima volta che acquisterò un loro prodotto

Er wordt gezegd dat er iemand gaat langskomen op vrijdag, ik krijg nog bevestiging met mail. Daarna telefoon van Samsung dat ik testen moet uitvoeren (die de dealer al heeft gedaan). Dit moet via Whatsapp. Ok, beeld defect! Hoor niets meer, blijven bellen met callcenter. Mevrouw spreekt slecht Nederlands. Vindt ook niets terug en noemt mij en de verkoper niet geloofwaardig. Vandaag opnieuw gebeld, na de whatsapp die ze mij stuurden met de vraag of het in orde is. Ik krijg weer iemand aan de lijn die van niks weet. ‘Oh ja, nu zie ik het, je tv moet opgehaald worden, maar de 48u zijn verstreken. Wacht op een mailtje want het is hier heel druk.’ Mijn tv gaan ze meenemen, dus hoelang ga ik zonder tv zitten en krijg ik dan een reserve? ‘Nee, dat krijg je niet.’ Vreselijk!!!

Absolutely terrible warranty support
I’ve been trying to reach out for a repair on a Samsung washer for almost a week now. I submitted a request for service last week. The product isn’t even 2 years old and should be covered under warranty. The first day, I get an email confirming my service date, the next day, the have an issue with the spelling of my last name. So I fix it and they move my appointment to the next day. The day before service is supposed to happen they send me another message wanting a receipt of the original purchase and of course never show or respond even after I send them the requested information. I’m just confused…. Are they trying to blow me off until my warranty expires? Are they going to request something new every day and continue to push me out? This is a tremendous waste of my time and I won’t ever buy another Samsung product again.

Repair guy was prompt, friendly and talked me through the process and repair. Was quick to fix my screen and explain the warranty afterwards. Extra convenience of having them come to my home as well. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service, technician was professional and knowledgeable. Loved that it was done at home, and i was given a time slot. Well worth the money, in fact cheaper than a phone shop...and knowing its been done by a samsung expert means the phone is as good as new.
Booking loopholes and frustrating lack of support.
I recently tried to book a screen replacement online, as mine was smashed and as a result I could not use the phone at all. The problem is to book you need to sign into you Samsung account and I got send a one-off code to the broken phone, which I could obviously not retrieve. I then contacted Samsung by phone and after giving them all the relevant information, I was given the impression that they could help me book and appointment. At the end of the call I was sent a link to make a booking. Unfortunately all I was sent a link directing me to the same web page that I was unable to book in the first place, and again was request to provide the code sent to the broken phone. I then had to travel an hour Kingscross, to make a booking in-store, for the following day. All the repair staff on site were polite, friendly and informative, but in the end I decided to get a new phone instead of fixing the screen. I feel this is a obvious booking problem that should have an easy fix, rather than wasting customers time and money unnecessary.

Maybe it should be closer to 4 stars because when they did eventually turn up their work couldn't be faulted. It was just so drawn out to get them here.
Epic job
So much more than a phone repair! My friend lost her child 6 weeks ago and all the photos of him were on the broken phone. You may just have fixed a screen but in reality, it was a great massive huge gift to them to get their pictures back. Thank you doesn’t cover it 💯 👏🏼

Un frigorifero acquistato 1 anno fa ha problemi di ventola nonostante la sostituzione. Il centro assistenza attiva la garanzia per la sostituzione.
Ebbene sono senza frigo da quasi 3 settimane e Samsung (raggiungibile solo dal numero verde) mi dice che loro consegneranno in un data non definibile solo il frigo senza l’installazione…quindi se l’installatore non sarà presente nel momento della consegna il mio frigo resta in strada. UNA VERGOGNA
