Horrible. Bought a 82" TV for $10,000 in 2019. One Connect stopped working, reached out to Samsung. they use Service Quick and absolutely a disaster of a service. I have to buy a new TV and guess what, it will NOT be a Samsung

Our problem was addressed and advice given

Being a mun to a 1 year old you rely on your phone so much and when my internal screen suddenly cracked I was so stressed about it but I managed to book a repair within 2 days and it only took 1 hour to repair! The guy was super nice and so understanding. Cannot fault my experience, so efficient.

Assistenza telefonica buona ma il tutto si ferma lì . Premessa : il prodotto è in garanzia e chiedono soldi ( senza mai quantificare ) e già questo lascia perplesso . Non finisce qui : chiedo al centro di assistenza dedicatomi giorni precisi ( per motivi di lavoro e non per divertimento) e dopo una settimana mi danno appuntamento in orario impossibile per me . Dopo 10 giorni sono in attesa ancora di appuntamento mentre l’assistenza chat sfiora l’imbarazzo . Prima ed ultima volta con Samsung

My phone cracked and I decided to repair it via Samsung for the Repairs. I was unable to access my Samsung account without my phone (for the validation process) so I spoke with an Agent who was very helpful and polite. She promptly arranged a courier around my work schedule. The service provides regular tracking updates with the quote and payment being done via the same portal. I had some issues making the payment (without access to my phone to verify the transaction) but Saskia was helpful in placing the order on hold while I resolved this. The phone has now been promptly repaired and received! Thank you

The technician was running ahead of time so he came to where I was to pick up the phone. Excellent service and repair

Horrible Support and Repair Service my Fold 7 is for 40 days Plus and still they have not fixed it !

Took 10 days for Tech visit. Was told conndenser and compressor need replacing on my 5 year old fridge. A month from initial tech visit has passed but service center is still waiting for the condenser because it’s out of stock at the factory All my appliances and panels are Samsung, i will get rid off of all Samsung from home!! Samsung you blew it with your indifference and alienating your customers repair request

Buonasera, vorrei condividere con molto rammarico la mia delusione sul trattamento ricevuto per un guasto al mio cell samsung A54 acquistato a dicembre 2024 (quindi ancora sotto garanzia). Sotto carica il cell segnalava presenza di umidità e/o polvere, bloccando di fatto la carica. Su suggerimento di un operatore assistenza telefonica samsung mi sono recata presso Intec ma ho dovuto pagare la riparazione perché ovviamente mi è stata data colpa di aver messo il telefono a contatto con acqua. Inutile dire che non è assolutamente così, ma a nulla sono valse le mie rimostranze.Dopo questa esperienza negativa mai più samsung, né lo consiglio, la colpa deve essere sempre dell'utente, magari ci saranno anche i furbi ma magari ci sono anche persone oneste e non è corretto paghino per un difetto e non per una negligenza

Engineer was on time and despite challenges with the Vodafone outrage on the day, was able to complete the essential repairs without delay.

Easy to book, comfort knowing its Samsung approved. Good communication, arrived very promptly. Repair agenda was friendly, efficient and professional.

Terrible - Flip Z4 and Z5 they were both rejected for repair within one year of having them, even with Samaung care+ [zero care] for the Z4 - made a mistake bought Z5 flip after Z4 disappointment - I REJECTED their offer to do the same again to move Z7 0 this line is a scam
