Great shopping experience and customer service

I have often ordered from Samsoe: The delivery and booking always went quickly and without any problems. Great clothes and super quality.

Unfortunately, I recently had a problem with DHL: the parcel was not delivered and was stuck in the tracking system and was therefore probably lost.

This was the first time I had contact with customer service: great support and help. I received a proactive update every day and they tried their best in the background. The problem was ultimately resolved. Thank you so much Bayan for your help!

So I can only have positive things to say about Samsoe.

Dårlig kundeoplevelse

Jeg returnerede en vare den 20. marts og jeg venter stadigvæk på mine penge.
Lovgivningen siger, at jeg skal have dem senest 14 dage efter den dato, jeg må vente 24-25 dage ud fra en MobilePay meddelse jeg har modtaget, og kun fordi jeg gemte kvitteringen ellers ved jeg ikke om jeg havde fået dem.

Dårlig service

Samsøe plejede og være en dejlig butik med styr på tingene samt god service, dog bliver man nu mødt med grov attitude og meget uprofessionel betjening. Især fra en lyshåret medarbejder fra Samsøe borgen. Oplever flere gange ikke at blive hilst på og at personalet har mere travlt med telefoner, giver en følelse af at privatlivet er vigtigere end kundens oplevelse. Det er gået fra at være en af mine foretrukne butikker, til en jeg nu undgår.

Har forsøkt å få tak i Samsøe Samsøe i over 3 måneder uten å få svar.
70% av mitt klesskap er Samsøe Samsøe, i mange år har jeg vært fornøyd med kvaliteten på merker, men de siste årene har kvaliteten på tøyet deres falt betraktelig, etter min erfaring.
Jeg kjøpte en bukse på nettsiden deres, som ble ødelagt etter kort tid og prøvde da å høre om de kunne finne en løsning på dette.
Jeg har sendt de gjentatte påmindelse i flere måneder, men aldri fått svar.
Har også prøvd å sende fra en annen e-post adresse uten å få svar.

Servicen i butikken deres i Bogstadveien er også helt forferdelig.
Gir en ekstra stjerne til butikken deres i Vestby, der er de i det minste hyggelige og behjelpelig

lovely and excellent service

Helpful and understanding

I had to return a parcel to smasoe samsoe warehouse in Denmark from a different country (Austria). The kurier unfortunately didn't deliver it properly and had to send it all the way back to me. The Samsoe samsoe customer service was very helpful and understanding, replied quickly and especially extended the refund-timeframe in order for me to resend the parcel after some time had already passed. I was very thankful to the friendly and problem-solving attitude of the customer service.

Nonetheless I think a free return service should be included from Samsoe Samsoe considering the rather high prices of the products. It would probably avoid dealing with a lot of Kurier-related problems for the customers and the customer-service.

Trækker for meget i porto

Købte en bluse hos Samsøe Samsøe online.I forbindelse med dette betalte jeg fragt kr. 39,00. Desværre passede bluse ikke og jeg returnerede den herefter. I den forbindelse blev jeg trukket yderligere kr. 45,00. Jeg kontaktede dem, da man Iht. købeloven kun må fratrække 1x porto ifm. nethandel (enten ved fremsendelse eller ved returnering). De forklarede, at kr. 45,00 ikke var fragt, men returomkostninger - det er vel egentlig det samme 🤔
Det kan meget hurtigt blive dyrt at handle online hos dem.

Products look nice but are poor quality…

Products look nice but are poor quality and don't last. Bought a pair of jeans that ripped after a bit over a year; relevant consumer research bodies suggest jeans should last 2-3 years. This doesn't happen with jeans from other brands, and hasn't happened with other pairs of jeans from this brand. There is an obvious quality issue here. Looking at other reviews on here, this appears to be a common problem.

I offered to return the faulty product and requested a replacement. Customer services refused to recognise the issue when it was pointed out to them. They made the absurd argument that they do not need to comply with UK law even when selling in the UK, because they are an EU company, and were unwilling to help.

I would strongly advise against buying from them.

Firstly, we understand your mention of the UK law, and as you were questioning our policy we adhere to EU regulations and standards which our terms and conditions are based on. Nevertheless, we always strive to find solutions ensuring our customers satisfaction which is why we offered you to go and visit our store for a second opinion, where our dedicated staff will have the option to better examine your jeans.

However, we would also like to emphasize that while we aim to deliver high-quality products, wear and tear, as well as accidental damage to the item, are not covered by our 2 year warranty, which was also informed in our previous email correspondences.

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we take quality concerns seriously. We apologize for any misunderstandings there might have been and please don't hesitate to contact us directly if you'd like to discuss this further or arrange for a visit to our store.

Brug aldrig Samsøe Samsøe! Man kan ikke kontakte dem efter købet. Så hvis man har noget at spørge om eller sige til dem, er der ingen mulighed.
Jeg købte nogle ting, som jeg betalte for at få leveret til min adresse. Jeg undrede mig over, det tog så længe at få det leveret. Da jeg så tjekkede med GLS, havde de leveret til en pakkeshop og der havde den ligget i flere dage uden jeg havde fået besked. Det var tilfældigt, jeg opdagede det. Og nu kan jeg ikke få pengene tilbage for den levering, der ikke fandt sted, fordi man ikke kan kontakte Samsøe Samsøe. FUP!
