Unfortunately, my experience with SalesGenomics has been profoundly disappointing and has left me with no choice but to advise others to proceed with caution if considering their services. From the outset, the costs associated with their services were steep, which wouldn't have been an issue had the results justified the investment. However, the outcomes were far from satisfactory.

One of the primary issues encountered was their recommendation to utilize a specific platform for our marketing needs. This platform turned out to be extremely problematic, to say the least. It was not user-friendly, riddled with technical issues, and ultimately did not meet our marketing objectives, causing significant disruptions to our operations.

Compounding the situation was a serious security breach. Our account was hacked, resulting in a financial loss of $2000. This breach was traced back to a vulnerability within SalesGenomics' infrastructure, a fact that raises serious concerns about their cybersecurity measures and their ability to protect their clients' sensitive information.

In an attempt to resolve these issues, there was an expectation for prompt and effective action from SalesGenomics. Regrettably, their response was anything but. The lack of accountability and failure to rectify the situation led to a further exacerbation of the problems. The final straw was the necessity to dispute the $2000 lost due to their negligence, a process that was both time-consuming and stressful.

Overall, my engagement with SalesGenomics can only be described as a waste of both time and money. The promise of enhancing our sales and marketing capabilities was left unfulfilled, and the added burden of dealing with security breaches and financial disputes only compounded the regret of choosing their services. I strongly advise anyone considering SalesGenomics to carefully evaluate their options and perhaps look elsewhere for a more reliable and effective marketing agency.

This company refused to pay for a client I referred that has been doing business with Salesgenomics for over a year now (as I was told). We had a formal referral agreement signed and against my repeated attempts to try and resolve the situation, I am out of over $3,000 now due to Salesgenomics not honoring an agreement we had.

My client has also informed me of the subpar performance of this agency so it has been a loss on both ends (me and my referred client). If you are considering using Salesgenomics, I encourage you to consider your options as this company did not honor their agreement with me and does not practice good business ethics in my opinion. The lackluster performance for the money my client spent is even worse.

Salesgenomics has been a huge help in not just media buying but also in strategy. The performance we've seen from their efforts has directly correlated into the success of our business and we're happy to have them part of our team.

Another "marketing company" that keeps spamming my inbox, without any option to unsubscribe. I never gave them permission to email me and I definitely never requested to be contacted. You'd think that as a marketing company they have better strategies up their sleeves than to send mass emails to some cheap database list that they found online.
