I recently sold my phone to Sala Phones…
I recently sold my phone to Sala Phones and found the experience to be reliable and straightforward. The company delivered exactly what they promised in the quote, which was reassuring.
The process of returning the phone was simple, thanks to the free return label they provide. However, there was a minor issue as the label I requested to be shipped never arrived.
Fortunately, I was able to print it out myself, which resolved the problem.
Overall, Sala Phones proved to be a trustworthy platform for selling a phone. If you are looking for deals on pre-loved, SIM-free mobile phones, Sala Phones is worth considering.

Faultless process
Faultless process, offered amazing price. Item sent on the Friday, received on the Monday and paid out on the same day! I did have to verify proof of purchase and ID but genuine sellers wouldn’t mind this and that additional check was complete within 15 minutes of me sending the email. Would 100% recommend and use again. Thanks for a great service.

Hi There,
The reason for this is because you submitted your device to us as NEW, when the device was showing multiple signs of usage. We are certain you submitted this dishonestly in order to obtain a higher quoted price.
We were not offering a price for used iPhone 12 Mini as we do not require this model and they are not in demand for us. This is the reason why we did not want to purchase your phone. Had it of been NEW, like you submitted, we would have bought this at the agreed price.
I believe you did speak to a member of our CS team who advised your £20 payment was not showing on our side and you have been asked to confirm the details it was sent to.
Really quick payment!
Really quick payment! Not like other companies that knock the price down once they receive your phone!
