The charge is part of a nationwide initiative to help reduce our paper usage. It covers the cost of the wallet, with 40% going to Just One Tree, a registered Community Interest Company.

Getting my travel money changed when I came back was a issue, especially when you have to keep the receipt of purchase. Surely the reference number should have all the information they need. A very unhelpful gentleman behind the counter needs better customer service skills. Think I'll be trying somewhere else next time.
