If I could give a 1/20 of a point I would. Horrible service. I should have learned from past experience with this company. They make up their own rules ..so I was told to order on June 5th 4 x 4 liter product. I waited a very long time before starting to complain...then they sent me 1/2 the order and said it was completed. I wrote back that it was not and they would either have to refund for the balance of the order and cancel it or find away to get the damn product to me since they ahve had my money since June 5th...today is Aug 24th still no product. I norified my bank but these people lie like a rug and said I agreed to wait for this order. This is insanity... I am reporting them to the BB next What a bloody RIP!!!

Everyone is great and the products are amazing. I just wish that u could order smaller without a small order fee. I forgot to order something on my big order lol.

I experienced problems in the past but now, I think the company really work hard to satisfy her clients so, everything is perfect! Fast delivery, good products, excellent service! I will order again soon! Thank you Saffire Blue!

September 10 Update: Just got an email with a note on my account saying some products (not even all!) from this same order were being shipped. Please note that even after my review, previously reaching out to Saffireblue and filing a dispute with my bank, this company never reached out to me. I only got an email with a note on my account on August 28 saying “customer filed chargedback”. I literally just had a baby and this company is causing me trauma. I reached out AGAIN and after several calls, they finally picked only to have the customer rep yell at me, threaten me saying I’ll hear from their lawyer because my order was a lEgAL bIndINg cOntRAct (right!) and hang up the phone on me. These thieves have the audacity to bring up the law? Game on, Saffireblue. Game on! You messed with the wrong one.

What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company! It's my first time shopping with SaffireBlue and it most definitely is going to be my last!! Not checking reviews for this company before placing my order is probably on top tier list of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in why entire life but now I just have to figure out a way to get out of this MESS!

I placed an order on July 28, 2020 for $332. 2 items less than $70 were placed on "preorder" because on their website it stated "AVAILABLE JULY 30" so I felt there would be no issue. On August 6, I called to find out about the status of my order as it had still not been shipped and their excuse was that I added preorder items and "well, you shouldn't have placed the order when you saw 2 weeks processing time so that's your fault". They said preordered items were still going through customs. I said "Okay, no problem. I'll wait out the 2 weeks out for the processing time but what happens if the preordered items haven't arrived?" Customer rep said "Well, the parcel is going to sit in the warehouse till it does". Wow. I said "ok no problem, I'll wait 2 weeks". August 12 (which is 2 weeks) I called again. Same lies. Preordered items still going through customs. I said "no problem, seeing as preordered items are just about $70 of my order of $332, ship out the other items. Whenever preordered items arrive, I will pay ANOTHER SHIPPING FEE for those". Customer rep said ok, she'll ask warehouse to ship out and I will get an email. I never did get any email even after calling twice but I checked into my saffireblue account online and saw that my package was shipped. Now this is where it gets crazy (oh you thought I was finished). I LITERALLY JUST OPENED MY PARCEL now and these bloody SCAMMERS filled the box with peanuts and shipped only a minute part of my items (worth about $40) out of my $332!! WAIT, WHAT???? WHERE ARE THE REST OF MY ITEMS? The ones NOT on preorder!! Why are they not here? This is so crazy!! I have never experienced anything like this before even for someone who places a lot of orders from China. And to think this is happening in Canada?!! Filing a dispute with my bank IMMEDIATELY!

In case you scrolled past my story just to the end, the summary is DO NOT SHOP ON SAFFIREBLUE! Except of course you love stress, headaches, and PAIN! I AM SO DISGUSTED!

It’s so unfortunate. I love their products but I’ve had an order lost for a few weeks now and I placed the order over a month ago. Tried calling and emailing them to try and track it down. No response at all.

Good pricing and available locally to me. I was able to pick up my order in person as well, which was very handy! I'm happy with the oils I purchased, the 1L bags are very nice as the bottoms stand them on their own, and the nozzle isn't huge.

Just two feedback- if they can use glass bottle for alcohol and expedite the delivery even though the website says 2 weeks, wish it was faster.

Everything received was fine. The only negative is the time it took to get the order filled. In the time that it took, I ordered and received goods from Amazon, Sephora, Well.ca.

There was a problem with the tracking number. But the issue was quickly resolved. Thanks to Susan for the speedy reply. :)

Love adding essential oils to the epsom salts for a relaxing bath. I was supposed to pick up my two large bags of epsom salts at the Warehouse but it arrived at my door! Nice surprise! Thank you Sapphire Blue! Great product and great service!

The service would be perfect if it wasn't for the long time wait for shipment.

Overall, poor experience. Accepted my etransfer right away, but I had to check on status of my own order via email to which I received a short 4 word reply from customer service. Within 2 days I had to email again as no one had followed up with me. I recieved a 1 word reply that time. When my order was finally received, I was notified that 2 products were not included as they are on back order. I have never dealt with a company who tells a customer AFTER the fact that they have paid for, that an item was not included. Will not be ordering from this company again due to poor customer service.
