Most of my stuff arrived in relatively okay time considering the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic, however my colourant took several additional months.

The service was terrible. It took over a month before they finally shipped my order. I will not be ordering from this company again. The first email I sent after 3 weeks I was told my order would be shipped out the following Tuesday... on the Thursday when it was still showing as In processing.. i emailed again with no response... i then emailed them to refund my order or I would contact the credit card company... Magically it shipped the following day...

Awful customer service... i wouldn't be surprised if the order arrives damaged

It lacks items in my orders and after several calls and email still no return from them. Poor service. Shipping times are very long.

We placed a LARGE order in July of 2020. We added two additional items shortly after the original order was placed.

It took two weeks (which in light of C19 we were extremely pleased with) to ship half the order (the added items plus one) with zero communication of “back ordered” product until it was shipped.

Here is where the problem is. We are still waiting (2 months later) on a product that to this day is in stock on the website - that we have been told multiple times “should be here in a couple days”, or “it’s going through our quality insurance”.

So where is my product? Where is customer service and a willingness to refund something that is their error? Or at least replace with an equivalent product.

We are a start up company and this is a severe monetary set back for us.

We ordered other similar products from another company in the same geographical area and received our products in less then a week.

Our recommendation is not to order from SB unless you want to request products you paid for to be shipped.

I’ve ordered from Saffire Blue many times now, and I love the products your company offers from bath salts, clays, essential oils, etc. However, I’ve had some issues with my orders that haven’t been fixed yet.

1. One of my orders had 6 lids missing, and you never sent them back to me. I’ve written a note with my most recent order hoping you could send them back with my new order but I still didn’t receive them.
2. Another one of my orders was missing dried calendula flowers.
3. I was also sent different lids that I didn’t order and so I couldn’t even use them with any of my jars.

It’s very frustrating when my orders aren’t correct because it results in wasted and unusable products and inventory. I would suggest having some sort of double checking system to ensure orders are packaged correctly, and some way to reimburse incorrect orders.

The orders also take almost a month or longer to arrive sometimes too. I still plan on ordering with SaffireBlue in the future, but I would just appreciate some quality assurance and trust that I will receive what I ordered and within a reasonable timeframe.

Saffire Blue did much better with my order this time (have had bad experiences in the past and was hesitant to give them another try). One item was on back order but was delivered within a week after. Way to go Saffire Blue VERY happy this time!! I love to shop Canadian and local if I can for my supplies so am very thrilled this order went well. I just placed another order today so here's hoping that one goes good as well.

Worst customer service ever. They get their money but you may never see the product you purchased and they don't care. Packaging is horrendous, ordered a 22.7 kg bag of dendritic salt from them, it was packaged upside down and open so that it all poured out, most of it over the shop floor, when I picked it up out of the box. I stopped ordering from them some time ago for these reasons. It looks like it's even worse now with Covid restrictions, do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from this company.

The expedition is taking so long for bulk's products.

I have used this company over the last few years as there are frankly slim pickings for suppliers in Canada for health and wellness products, however I have had one too many negative experiences to continue using them. They are very unprofessional, rude and any interaction with staff sends a clear message that you are not valued or even respected as a person, let alone a client. Customer service is non-existent. In addition to this, they have made errors that inconvenienced me as a client, and instead of being apologetic and try to correct the mistake, I was met with more rudeness. I could no longer remain loyal and give my hard-earned money to this organization and found other businesses that are much more appreciative and respectful of their clients!

You did great! you got my order in a timely manner and when one item was back ordered it was on the packing slip so I new that you were aware that I was still missing one item.

Delay should of waranted a discount or refund

5 years ago, this was my go-to supplier for a particular item. In fact, they were the only ones who carried it. Even then, shipping was a pain. Some kind of flooding disaster occurred at their US facility (or didn't, who knows) and the last order I made (2018) was delayed, put on hold, delayed again, I was asked to kindly wait until they were back on their feet again, etc. Sure. I'm a pretty reasonable guy. I had a fair amount of stock as it was, so no big deal.
That was the last I've ever heard from them. I have to go to their OLD site to see my order, which says that was cancelled, but not refunded. I've tried contacting them in every way possible to get a refund.
They don't pick up the phone.
They don't answer email.
The links to Facebook and Twitter on their webpage go nowhere.
This is a scam company. It has to be. There is nothing else that makes sense.
I'm pretty sure that they pay for the recent positive reviews. There can't be a 70% negative response rate and still get glowing reviews.

It's been 2 weeks since this review. I've sent emails to every address I could find on this page. No response from any of them.
I totally got ripped off and have zero hope that I will ever get reimbursed for the money I am owed.

I paid extra to expedite the order and it took them 12 days to take it to the post office. It is too late now. I want to send it back

Love this company, popular stock tend to run out fast.

Mauvaises expériences avec eux, artcles commandés et non livrés, j'ai dû me faire rembourser via ma carte de crédit. Lors de ma dernière commande je n'ai pas tout reçu, on me dit que mon huile est b.o.....je vais être obliger de m'acharner pour avoir ce qui manquait. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.
