Good product, slightly iffy customer service
Nice product, supplied per spec. The inclusion of stainless screws is helpful.
Shipment was well packaged and sent on time.
However, shipment was one item short of the order (and payment). As of the date of this review, Safe Tread have not responded to my email.

Strangely, just 30 minutes after entering my review I received a shipping notification which I assume is for the missing part of my order. Very cool, although an email from Safe Tread would have made it perfect

Excellent product
Excellent product - non-slip treads cut accurately to length. Thicker and more rigid than the old ones they replaced, so should last a good long time (I bedded them on CT1 before screwing down). Only tiny gripe was that screw holes were drilled a bit out of alignment for a perfect finish but at least all the strips were drilled the same! The website ordering page was very easy to use and gave instant price updates.I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again

Could have been better
Happy with product but not so with courier company. Having been given a due date & time they failed to deliver had to wait in again next day. Happy to say this time delivered ok. Would have been nice to have had notification that first delivery would not happen.

Quick Service
The treads came very quickly. However the wrong colour screws were sent. Having contacted Safe Tread the correct screws were forwarded immediately.
