You need lots of help and advice when making bookings, especially for a safari in South Africa. Victoria Falls has also been on my bucket list for a long time, so combining the two seemed the most logical way to go. A friend referred me to Shann and she quickly worked through the logistics, coordinating dates, flights, accommodation, transfers and all of the smallest details. Shann has been incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns, helping me with bookings and payments. Her suggestions and her patience have demonstrated her remarkable dedication to her clients.

Zené provided multiple options for us to choose from. She worked late every night until we were able to figure how many people were going and what lodge was going to work.
