Despite placing my order a week ago, I’m yet to receive confirmation that it has even been despatched yet. I have ordered and received supplies from elsewhere in this time! This is my first experience ordering from SAA and I will be avoiding them in the future.

My great granddaughter was thrilled with her paints and art book! Especially the gold paint!

I'm happy with
the magazine and the discounted prices that SAA offer. I don't use the video facility or the community site but will do so this year as my own artistic skills, which started at zero, seem to be improving.
There are two 'issues' I would mention.
The website is very slow to respond to actually getting products into the checkout box when ordering multiple items which leads to sometimes ordering the same item twice as it feels that the first click hasn't registered.
The second thing is that the box for instructions on delivery advice clears as soon as you go to the next step. I go back and try to enter delivery advice again and again it clears when you continue. As some of the items I've ordered are very costly, ie polychromos pencil sets £200 and Polychromos pan pastel sets £70, multiple Windsor & Newton Professional Watercolours, I would be happier if this box worked and the delivery driver had a safe place to put the parcel. But overall I find the new ownership and projected changes very positive and am happy to be a member. Happy New Year to you all

Wat ging er mis.Nou eigenlijk alles. Beschuldigd worden van iets wat je niet gedaan hebt . Maar eerst een bericht krijgen dat je de schade eigenlijk onmogelijk hebt kunnen veroorzaken. En n maand later bericht krijgen dat ze het schade bedrag 742 euro hebben betaald aan de tegenpartij 😡😡😡 Geen schijn van kans voor protest en alles gooien op privacy schending . Maar wel na 40 schadevrije jaren 7 treden naar beneden gegooid worden .Gewoon te asociaal voor woorden . Maar ons zijn ze vanaf 1 januari kwijt . Ik hoop dat mensen na dit gelezen te hebben kiezen voor n andere maatschappij .

I like the fact that delivery is free and it does not take too long to arrive.

Products were good quality and value, but delivery could be better. Ten days to deliver two brushes by carrier, when they could have been sent by letter post.

SAA prices are very competitive and when there is a special offer, often too good not to take advantage of. Fast and free delivery to your door is excellent.

Regular updates and inspiring articles online. Interesting and informative hard copy updates; well stocked shop with regular updates, special offers and very competitive prices. Phone help if needed which is very pleasant and well informed. A very welcoming and helpful resource for artists of all skill levels.
