The transaction was good, but RVezy sent me WAY too many emails, t the point where it became difficult to find the ones that really mattered.

The rental was easy, the app worked well . For the first time renting a RV over all very good.

We rented the Mini Winnie for our roadtrip into the Rocky Mountains for 6 days. This has always been a bucket list of ours, and we're so happy that Lil and Gil provided us with this opportunity to have an unforgettable experience. Lil and Gil were amazing hosts from beginning to end. So friendly and accommodating, great communication with them before and during our trip. We picked up the RV in Edmonton from them. They gave us a thorough tour and tutorial of the RV before we began, so we felt ensured that we were fully prepared to operate and service it. They provided everything we needed in the RV: linens, towels, pillows, folding chairs, lanterns, utensils, etc., even entertainment like games and dvds to watch on the incuded tv - it was "move-in-ready". The RV was very clean and comfortable, we felt right at home in it. We had originally prepaid for the sanitation service that they provide, but we were able to take care of that ourselves while on the trip, and they were more than happy to give us a refund for the add-on, which we greatly appreciated. All in all, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Lil and Gil's Minnie Winnie to everyone!

my family and I had an extremely disappointing experience with this rental. Unfortunately, several significant issues made the trailer either unusable or substantially different from what was advertised.

First, one of the primary reasons we selected this particular trailer was because the listing specifically advertised a TV and DVD player. However, on the first evening of our trip, the host advised us by text message that neither was in working condition. As a result, amenities that were specifically advertised and factored into our decision to rent this trailer were unavailable for the entirety of our stay.

In addition, none of the electrical outlets in the trailer were functioning, meaning we were unable to use electrical appliances, charge devices, or otherwise make normal use of the trailer's electrical amenities.

Most concerning, however, was the issue with the grey water tank. On the morning of the second day of our trip, the grey water tank overflowed. We subsequently discovered that the tanks had been provided to us already full rather than being properly emptied and prepared before the rental. This resulted in a very unpleasant odour and left us unable to use water in the trailer for the remainder of that day.

The situation became so problematic that, in order to make the trailer functional enough to return it to the host, we had to attempt to release some of the grey water at our campsite, despite this not being permitted. This placed us in an extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate position that could have been entirely avoided had the trailer been properly serviced and prepared before it was rented to us.

Taken together, these were not minor inconveniences. We rented and paid for a trailer with the reasonable expectation that the advertised amenities would be operational, the electrical system would function, and, at a minimum, the water and waste systems would have been properly serviced before being provided to us. Instead, we spent a significant portion of our trip dealing with problems that should have been addressed by the host before the trailer was ever made available for rental.

This was our family's first experience renting a trailer, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing one. What was intended to be an enjoyable family trip became unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient due to circumstances entirely outside of our control.

I do not believe it is reasonable or appropriate for a host to rent a trailer to paying customers in these conditions, particularly when essential systems are not functioning and waste tanks have not been emptied prior to the rental. These issues go beyond dissatisfaction with the rental; they raise serious concerns regarding whether the trailer was adequately inspected, serviced, and prepared for guests.

I have also been working with James from your support team in order to dispute and make a complaint a d this process has been nothing but frustrating with no successful outcome. I don't feel like anyone is taking the time to look into my dispute and provide a proper resolution.

RVezy was easy to use and very reliable. It was easy to contact the owner throughout and we had a very smooth experience

The app experience was good. However the specific trailer I booked was not as advertised. Drawers and shelves were broken, making much of space unusable. The trailer was “stocked” but with mostly unusable supplies. This seems to be a common problem with many listings on these types of app. RVezy should have better reporting and oversight to identify misleading listings.

RVezy is a very cool idea. It is a great way of getting different types of vehicles and exploring the area as a local. I guess I had a classic rental in mind, so my expectations and experience did not completely align, but I'm happy we did it.
The customer service is great, very responsive, helpful, professional, and easy to communicate.
Coming from Europe and having a different pricing system here, I was a bit misled by the initial price, that end up being higher with all the extras.

The app walks you through the entire process. I love how it authenticates you and allows you to document all damages so it’s not put back on you later.

Great site to find the right RV and using the RVezy app and communication with the host was very good. A great trip!
