Placed the order and had found a 10% off coupon. Tried to create an account which we were not able to do. Used livechat, who couldn't help us with the account issue, but Justin told us about a coupon for 15% off. When I told him we had placed the order already, he took the order number and applied 15% off. Justin was great. Appreciate live chat. We will call tomorrow as would like to create an account for future reference. A lifetime guarantee on the product was a big feature for our decision to purchase the cover

Did a google search, and yours was one of the first to catch my eye. A lot of little things one has to check out before ordering the correct product. The descriptions are fairly clear. There is a FAQ on how to buy. Maybe something in the product description on what to do/what happens with gutter outlets - like do they have to be taken off, do they have to be protected, are there little pockets built into the top corners to prevent tear out. I need a cover, and will have to figure that part out once it gets here.

I wouldn't recommend buying a cover from this company.
Some have had success, many have not; issues with delivery and poor quality covers.

In my situation I was sent a the wrong product by RV Cover Canada, and RV Covers would not "cover" the cost in sending me the correct product.
Reading other reviews, this seems like a common occurrence. Exchanges and warranty problems will be returned at the customers expense. When the company sends the wrong product, I expect a hassle and cost free exchange.

I received my cover in October and upon opening realized that it was already torn. Also, it is thin and not at all like it is advertised to be. Also, the patch does not stay on. Soon after, the whole underneath seam came apart where the straps are attached to secure it under the trailer. I have sent 6 emails since October requesting a refund. They have a no hassles refund guarantee within a month and I first notified them before a month. They offered me a new cover for a $95.00 shipping fee. I don't expect that a new one will be any better and also, I don't understand why I should send more money after already spending so much for something that won't last the winter. I want my refund, thanks.

I ordered my RV cover in October with a 3-5 day delivery time quoted. At the time of ordering there was no indication on the website that my order was not in stock. Shortly after ordering I received an email stating my cover was not in stock and was ordered and would be shipping at the end of October. Since then I've had to follow up multiple times via email only to get the same update that it will ship in a week or 2. I still have not received my cover and my trailer is covered in snow. I inquired if they had anything in stock that would fit my trailer and the only response was cancel or wait.

Its too late for me to find an indoor storage for my trailer so I will be waiting and hopefully the product is better than the service. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on service to date.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a 27-30 gold shield and paid the express shipping. Cover showed up 34 days later and it was the 24-27 ft silver. Now I have a POS cover with 2 big tears in it. Their website clearly states free returns and full refund. the only response I've received from them is to pay an additional 150 dollars to receive the correct cover.

These guys should be run out of business. No replies to multiple attempts. Now my camper sits there covered in snow. A cover I can't use sits in the shed.
After 2 years!? There were multiple emails. You can look them up as easy as I can. When I phoned you I was given a number to phone about returns but nobody ever answered that number. I tried multiple times with no results. Just an unanswered phone. Now after 2 years you want an explanation and they threaten to take the review down. How does that work? Do they have to prove they didn't scam me? The order number is 900204876.

Talked with a gentleman on the phone, and he was quick with the answers I was looking for. Website was easy to navigate.
