Purchased a cover from this company and used it for one season. Followed all installation instructions. In the spring when I removed my cover there were 2 wear holes along the sides of the rubber roof and wear marks all along the edge of the roof. I also have marring marks the side walls. After looking more closely to the material used to make these covers, it can be abrasive. I will never recommend this company’s cover to anyone. I have pics to show damage

Bought 37’ foot for 5th wheel. Reason we bought here was lifetime warranty (yeah right). Got it in Oct and installed. One twelve inch slit at the bottom and two holes in fabric on other side. I have been trying to get help from them since end of Oct, 2023. Sent them photos 4 times and they said they didn’t get them. Spoke to man on phone this morning who advised we will have to pay $65 to ship it to them. I lost it on him and ended call. Now on to credit card company !

The purchase and delivery was fast and easy, then downhill from there. I purchased the 23-26 for my 24' Class C, after installing it, I found the fit to be extremely loose but I guess that's normal. While securing straps, I noticed the stitching had missed a seam, not in a critical area but still tried to return it, but nothing but hassle. Left it covered for 5 days while away on vacation, when I returned, I unzipped a panel to access the house batteries to remove them, that's when I noticed water dripping on the side, then lifted the front to remove the engine's battery, the hood was soaked, was dripping from the roof area. I removed it as it would have caused more damage than if left uncovered. Started the process of trying to return it, nothing but hassle, they offered me 20% discount to keep it. At this point, I wanted to dry it to box it up, so I hung sections at a time in my garage, at some point, I found another seam that was open, this one at least 4" and it was at the top near the front, so likely the source of my water issue. Tried to return it again, was offered 40% off at this point, or full refund but I had to pay for the return, Puro quote was $124, so I decided to keep it, but regretted it as it is totally useless, tried to contact them again in hopes that they would make it right and stand behind all their promises, but no answer!! Buyers beware, this is a case of "You get what you pay for", I thought I had learned my lesson, but I got taken again!!

Bought 23' -26' our cover for 24' class C motorhome. Defective from first install as missing one triangle latch end in front of wheel as well the cover never fit at back end of motorhome, too much fabric and strapping long, could not snug enough to stop flapping in wind. No other way to strap other than purchase of more straps but still no place to attach extra strapping. Company refused to pay for return shipping even though policy states they will pay for defective return. They said they would pay for if we took replacement but if it won't fit we don't want. Be cautious with fine print and policy as misleading. Spent two weeks with back and forth but no give on their end. Better off with the lower quality on Amazon, at least they stand behind what they say. Finally paid for shipping back ourselves and waiting on refund. Would not recommend this company even though they are in Canada.

experience was awesome;site is easy to use ;well knowledged ,easy to order.just find your size of cover and press the key pad or call them and they will help you find what your looking for. i purchased a cover for our travel trailer.

My recently ordered Class B RV cover has a manufacturing defect. The front passenger side triangular adjustment flap is attached in the wrong direction along the side seam. It is attached in a curved part of the seam and sits high at the corner of the roof instead of laying flat across the windshield.
I submitted emails and photos clearly showing the problem, that were dismissed as normal for a "universal fit". A manager named Isaac insisted that there was nothing wrong with the cover and offered a 5% discount/refund, upped to 10% after a slightly longer conversation. He could not offer to replace it with a properly made cover since he would have to "throw it in the garbage."
Then he had the boldness to remind me that I could get one warranty exchange if it suffered tears and damage in future use.
So functionally it seems to fit reasonably well but looks rather poor for a new product and time will tell if wind will damage it prematurely.

"lifetime warranty" is a bit of a stretch. None of my covers have lasted 2 months. I've bought 3. Each time I have to pay $100 in shipping. I would really recommend not buying this product

Absolutely junk, and will not give you your money back! They want 95$ to send another cover. Mine ripped all over the place(not just corners) buckle broke and on and on after only months on my trailer. It is paper thin and garbage. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.
