WARNING DISHONEST COMPANY
I placed an order for 4 pairs of shoes. I put my current address in and paid. 2 days later they send me a confirmation but sent to an old address. I called and told them and they said that I had entered that address. I 100% did not they are liars. I got burned for $200

I really appreciate Ruze reaching out to me to resolve my concerns. More companies need to learn from Ruze customer service specialist that if you do not care about customers, you do not keep your business. They look to serve you, great communication and satisfaction guaranteed. Thank you

Bought a pair of New Balance 574, a very classic shoe. Fit great, look great and 100% authentic no question. Usually wear an 8.5-9 and happy with the 8.5. Free shipping said 4-8 business days, purchased them the eve of the 15th, received on the afternoon of the 23rd. Great transaction and will be doing business with them again. If you're not in a crazy rush to get your shoes (free shipping) and order the correct product and size, you should have no issues or reason to leave anything but a 5-star rating. Thanks Ruze Shoes.

I've ordered twice from Ruze Shoes. First order went smooth, 3 day shipping and the shoes are perfect. 2nd order had a problem with the discount code, but after some quick back and forth with Christopher/support they were able to honor my order and upgraded my shipping to 2nd day air ups to make sure I got it in time since I needed them for work. Very professional and quick communication. Went above and beyond. Shipping was very fast and their sales/outlet prices are great. I'm forever a customer!

I live in Europe, Belgium, and I ordered directly from the site. The customer service on Messenger always answered all my questions kindly. The delivery was very fast, I'm delighted. It was the first but not the last time I buy from Ruze Shoes . I recommend.

Ruze Shoes is a great company! Great prices and products.
But... not sure why they use Shoprunner?
I've ordered multiple things using ShopRunner and have never received my product in 2 days.
Latest order on Wed. 10/10, expected delivery on Monday 10/16. (Order #92449)

Poor experience. Their customer service agent (Kevin, IIRC) was extremely rude and unhelpful. They've messed up delivery twice already and have had me waiting for a month to receive two items I was supposed to get within a week. They've had my money during this whole time, by the way.

If you face any issues, they never reply to their 888 number but they called back from 909-259-5381. I recommend you bring your money elsewhere (Amazon matched their price but I decided to go with Ruze given they're a smaller business; never again).

Never refunded me for a return (with proof of delivery) and stopped responding to my emails.

Ive written multiple emails to the company andvall I keep getting is the same generic message saying the item order is defective, regardless of which item I order

I bought a diesel shoe less than two months (order number 75294).
The zipper holder in the right shoe broke easily when I zipped it (photo attached).

I’m buying diesel shoes for years and they are very high quality and never been damaged so fast.

It’s super disappointing.
Please suggest a solution.

- You have 30 days after receiving your shoes to ship them back to us.
- You may return your shoes for a full refund provided the shoes are unworn and still contain all of the original packaging.

Terrible, stole my money from me when they sent the wrong shoes and i returned them, nothing but a bunch of thieves

Excellent service. Great items at great prices. Guenine brand shoes. Fast international delivery.

I have ordered twice from Ruze. Each time was successful and love my shoes. Delivery took a week with no problems. Prices are fair and I enjoy free delivery. I like that many shoes have a "Euro Flair" and well made brand names. Unfortunately, from my experience, many European brands don't match well with American sizes even though the size charts say otherwise. It can be trial and error if one is not familiar with each brand sizing.
BTW, their website clearly states free returns for STORE CREDIT, (not refunds). Please read your options and don't assume you have exceptional entitlement.

I ordered shoes from them internationally. They sent the shoes and they were counterfeit. I told Ruze the product did not fit the description (i.e. authentic) and they said if I paid to send them back, they would refund me. The return shipping was equal to the cost of the shoe so it made no sense to send them back (they might have not even refunded my money). I just ended up $60 down with cheap shoes not worth wearing. Total SCAMMERS.
