I live in New Zealand and have ordered 5 pairs of shoes in 3 separate orders. Every purchase has Been sent out quickly and arrived in perfect condition and the correct product. I even queried one purchase to double check sizing and they responded very quickly.
I like the posts they do on TikTok so you can get a better idea of the products too.

Living at the bottom of the world means getting certain items can be hard. So I just wanted to say thank you guys so much for the international shipping allowing me to buy the things I want.

This company is an absolute disgrace .Ordered a pair of left handed tenpin bowling shoes and received a pair of righthanded shoes.
Would not respond to my emails .Refuse to refund the purchase price until Ebay intervened. Refused to reimburse the postage back to them when clearly their terms state that a refund of shipping charges will be granted if the wrong item was posted.
Obviously this must occur on a frequent basis.
Recommend do not deal with this organisation.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews. Have had nothing but positive experiences with the orders I've done with them.

Ordered a pair of boots, got the wrong color but since the fit was good decided I would keep them. Messaged them about the issue and they responded on a weekend. Gave me 15 percent discount on the boots I received, another 15 on a future purchase. A few days later ordered again. Sent them my updated order and they gave me the discount before my new boots even arrived. Got the correct boots a few days ago.

I feel they went above and beyond and were very quick to respond to emails.

Do not purchase from Ruze. They are complete shysters. Absolute fraud.
They send the wrong boots (soft toes instead of the purchased steel safety toe), then refuse to resolve their error.
The previous purchase, they sent the wrong size. Customer service is disgraceful, endless generic replies refusing to refund or send the correct boots that were paid for. Complete scammers. Don't waste your money with this fraud company.

Edit* they have since replied (after a dozen unbelievably disgraceful emails refusing to co-operate), asking me to remove the review, offering a pathetic 15% refund and 15% discount on another purchase. When I replied asking for the steel toe boots I ordered (rather than soft toe boots that are not legal on building sites), or a decent refund.. the same copy/paste bot like generic replies refusing to refund now they have dragged it out beyond a supposed 30 day return policy! Absolute crooks. This fraudulent company should be shut down.

Their customer service a total joke, they would not apply my discount code even though it was their system that delayed it via email. They had the nerve to ask me to remove the review, are you joking? I am telling it as it is.

Don't get their mystery box. They tell you what you'll be getting when it ships.

You'll get sent at least one pair of football cleats, one pair of dress shoes, a pair of footsaver diabetic shoes, and a pair of $20 slippers that they say is a $50 value. I have no use for these.

I get it, it's a mystery box, but they should know that 99% of the people that buy shoes from them will have no use for these kinds of shoes.

They also aren't posting their user reviews for the mystery boxes. Even after I submitted mine it says 0 reviews and "Be the first to review"

Use your money to get exactly what you want, and not the mystery box. I paid $110 for basically 2 pairs of shoes that when aren't marked up, sell for $26 on their website, and even those shoes aren't that great. All no name brands like footsaver, bates, and avenger.

The shoes I ordered were not delivered to my house. I’ve been emailing them for 54 days now and just keep getting the say copy and paste response. “ We understand your concern, we have filed a claim and we are waiting for an update from the shipping carrier.
Please allow us a few days to get back to you with an update. ”. ITS ALMOST BEEN 2 MONTHS THEY ARENT GOING TO RESPOND!

UPDATE:
41 sent emails and 88 days later, after I was asked to “ Kindly allow until 08/27, as that is the deadline by which we expect to receive an update from the investigation.” They declined my claim for a refund.
Also, they never reached out to me as they stated they would in the comment below. I had to copy and paste their comment to them in an email.
Absolutely garbage customer service and company!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes, which were top quality and the fantastic price. I read the reviews from some people on this site, of which I'm sorry they had a hard time. My experience was great, and they answered my message promptly with a tracking number. I received the shoes quickly. I will shop with this business again.

I ordered diesel boots… rrp $379 but last years style so not surprised at low price. First giveaway was sizing - EI sizes not USA. Second and vetting giveaway was that the CGL number , whilst the label appeared correct, had letters instead of digits. The quality is ok, about right for the $75 I paid… but not genuine.

Ordered, 2 days late on delivery. Called two customer #’s. One went to some sort of social security branch, the other just a dial tone and then you are asked to hang up. Still no delivery. Think I got ripped off.

Fake brand! Fake shoes !

This is ridicules. Do not use this site to buy any shoes. They send me different color. I ordered yellow one and received pinks shoes. After 5 e-mails and serval messages on messenger (I requested for return instruction and carrier label, because this is their mistake) they just ignored me. Stay away from buying on this site.

The shoes came very quickly but were obviously knock offs. Instead of Mizuno (a running shoe brand) some parts of the branding said Roxy. The informational insert from Mizuno looked like it was printed on computer paper and had typos. When I emailed asking for a return label and refund they said “We have been in business since 2005, and all our products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic” and refused to pay return shipping.

Scam. False sizing labels put over original labels. Ordered 8.5 shoes, got sent 7.5. I was able to separate the labels from the box and shoes and have pictures to prove it. Called customer service number,(888)544-1711, but was also a bait and switch for a free medical device. Sent an email to customer service, but even if they reply, they can't be trusted to do business with any further. So glad I used Paypal and not actual credit card.

ordered 3 pairs of shoes, after nearly a month, still waiting for delivery as it shows in transit, they were supposed to be delivered a week ago, what's mire worrying is that they refuse to answer any emails

D'ordinaire je vais toujours consulter les avis clients avant d'acheter quoi que ce soit sur le net.
Sauf pour cette fois, ou je cherchais désespérément une paire de chaussures que je ne trouvais plus nulle part.
Après avoir trouvé la fameuse paire sur Ebay via leur site, je ne me méfie pas malgré le coût, 190 euros tout de même si j'ajoute le frai de port.
Et ce qui va suivre ressemble à un gag, car mieux vaut en rire à ce stade...
Non seulement la soit disant paire met un mois à arriver (j'habite en France mais tout de même), mais le plus beau c'est qu'une fois arrivée dans un bureau de poste et non chez moi, je découvre le minable colis de la taille d'une feuille en papier, si plat qu'il ne pouvait en aucun cas contenir des chaussures.
On me réclame 35 euros de frais de douanes supplémentaires que heureusement je ne paye pas.
En examinant le contenu du colis, devinez quoi ?

Presque 1 mois d'attente et quasiment 200 balles de paumé pour ça.
Et le pire c'est que j'avais reçu un mail environ 2 semaines avant réception qui m'annonçait qu'ils s'étaient possiblement trompés sur la pointure et que dans ce cas je devais télécharger une étiquette de retour au cas ou.
Comme si ils ne pouvaient pas me l'envoyer avec le colis.
Ça sentais déjà mauvais...

En définitive, n'achetez jamais sur un site sans consulter les avis clients et vous assurez que le site soit fiable ou non.

This was my first time taking a chance with Ruze shoes after seeing poor reviews in the past. I took my chances due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the inventory & pricing Ruze was offering. I didn't know what to expect, but I am PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with the shipping time, the product, and price! For so long I had avoided shopping with Ruze based upon the poor reviews of others. I am now a fan and will be a repeat customer going forward. My spouse also purchased shoes in the same timeframe that I did during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales event and her item arrived as expected and she is also PLEASED with her purchase. That's two excellent experiences to start with, so I'm sold! Looking forward to many more purchases in the future!

The worst shoe company in the entire world,I ordered a Clark’s desert trek shoe from ruze shoe company and they took forever to ship,the took almost a week before the finally ship and when their website says ship the shoe was at one place for another one week,so it took two weeks to get an order from them,worthless and dishonest and unreliable,they have no customer service either he had a foreign accent and was rude,I ordered some items from Temu and got them before I got the shoe from ruze and Temu items are coming from overseas,so I have no stars they are worthless do not shop here with ruze you’ll be disappointed

MY PARTNER ORDERED 2 ITEMS ON EBAY.. ONLY ONE SHOWN UP AND NOW GETTING NOWHERE.
EBAY WONT HELP AS TRACKING HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND SHOWS AS DELIVERED ON BOTH ITEMS BUT FAIL TO SEE ITS ONLY ONE TRACKING NUMBER AND NOT TWO.. YET I ORDERED TWO ITEMS.. THE TRACKING DELIVERY PHOTO SHOWS ONE BOX NOT 2.. SPOKEN TO DELIVERY COMPANY WHO ALSO CONFIRMED ONLY ONE BOX.
TRIED TO EMAIL AND NO RESPONE.. NO RESPONSE FROM INSTAGRAM.. JUST BEING IGNORED AND BEING TOLD TO LOOK THE DELIVERY!!

I'm REALLY Disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered my item on 10/02/2024, expecting it to ship within 3-4 business days (showed on the website before paying). When I called on 10/08/2024 to check on the delay, I spoke with Kevin, who was unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I need these shoes for my sister by 10/10/2024 (I have an international flight), and all he said was that it would arrive on the 10th and I could refuse the package. How am I supposed to refuse it if I'm not home?

I even suggested paying again for the same shoes and offered a prepaid overnight label since they don't have one, but he refused to help. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I highly recommend looking elsewhere than this Ind*a scammer shop!
